They have saved me money but more importantly, I have come to respect them and trust them over the last five years. They have been the only mechanics to touch my vintage Mercedes Roadster (brought from California 5 years ago). They have also cared for my Lexus LX470 and Toyota Landcruiser. They will provide a complete list of deficiencies but then use a common-sense approach of recommending repairs. They will also be proactive in their scheduling of repairs that would save labor if done simultaneously. Equally important in their ability to know what they are doing, they will also tell you if they do not do the kind of work that you want done and they can suggest other local options. This does not happen often and in my case, it was some cosmetic work. I have recommended many others to The Phoenix and they have all been very happy. Keep up the great work!

Mike, Shannon, Al, Scott and Jordan are a great crew. I highly recommend the Phoenix to all of our customers purchasing cars, and have yet to hear a single complaint. They are very knowledgeable about all makes and models, especially complex imports. Highly skilled mechanics and great guys! I love going over the The Phoenix just to talk. They have extremely good rates for what they work on and excellent diagnosis procedures. I would not go anywhere else, unless they tell me I must. This family-owned business has been fixing my Hondas, Subarus and Toyotas for 18 years now. Ive taken my toughest problems to them and they always fix them the first time, usually in a few hours. This includes multiple problems that other garages, and even the dealer couldnt fix. They explain what each repair will cost, and provide clear alternatives to save money. They give me an overwhelming feeling that they want my business forever, and always treat me fairly. The cost of repairs is good, and the service extraordinary. I refer my best friends here. The shop also has free wireless internet access.

Honest, Helpful, Great work. I would recommend the Phoenix to anyone, import car or not. They are fast and thorough, I have everything done with them and tell my friends to as well. Best of all - they are fair and honest. As a female, Ive had mechanics try to pull one over on me in the past. Not something I have to worry about with the Phoenix! Ive asked if I needed routine maintenance that would have cost me approximately $500... they told me it wasnt necessary and scheduled the things that were. Any mechanic willing to pass up a chance to make an easy $500 will keep my business and trust. Kudos.

Im impressed at all the 5 star reviews. This shop was recommended to me by a trusted mechanic and friend. The Phoenix charged me half what the dealership would have for a serpentine belt replacement. They did not, however, tighten the belt fully and a week later it was squealing like mad. They also thought that a noise that only happened when braking was due to a suspension issue, when it was apparently only needing some brake pad quiet lubrication. Not impressed with their diagnostic skills at all.

I have been bringing my cars to the Phoenix for over 10 years and have found there work to be competently performed and reasonably priced. When they say they will have a repair done it is finished on time and I know I can count on my Volvo and Mitsubishi to run like it is supposed to. One last thing......I have brought my car in a number of times and they have fixed something which was small and charged me accordingly. This is a repair shop who does not pad or rip you off! Felt like I was treated fairly and honestly. Prices were right and labor costs didnt go over the estimate at all. Positive experience; I liked the staff. Free, fast wifi and digital cable tv (remote provided!) are nice touches. Waiting area doesnt have AC and could stand to be a bit more comfortable. This place has a personality, and its a very likable one. A trustworthy, friendly auto engineering shop is priceless and to be cherished and supported. Recommended.

We had Mike fix our Saab a long time ago. Then, when we needed our Volvo fixed, we went straight to The Phoenix. Mike remembered our old Saab, and fixed a problem with the Volvo that had been vexing my husband for weeks. Turns out, OReily Auto Parts sold us a used air-flow sensor (one of their customers hid their old one in the new housing, then returned it and got all their money back! OReily has no plans to improve their inspection of returned parts.)

I have done my research time and time again, getting quotes for repairs to my 01 Mazda Protege, and The Phoenix always gives me clear estimates, honest advice and great timely service. When my clutch went out and "shopping" was not an option, I did not hesitate to have my car towed to them. It was fixed and I am happy with the price and the work. I never thought I would write a review promoting a car repair business; considering the popular belief is that the majority out there are crooks. These guys are so kind and gracious. They have been pleasant to deal with on both occasions I have had to. I truly feel like the value and quality of what I receive there is money well spent. Thank you Phoenix!

Brought in my domestic car, they got its issues resolved in short order, with a lower price than what I was expecting. Will definitely be doing business here from now on - the shop I previously used in the area would always charge plenty and try to recommend things I know werent needed. I have been going to The Phoenix for about three years now with my VW Jetta. They have always been very honest and up front with me about what I need and dont need done to my car. The work they do is great, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great, local garage. Most definitely an A+

These guys have taken good care of my now 14 year old Audi TT. I dont recall ever bringing anything back to get re-repaired and Ive never had reason to complain about the price or their diagnosis. Ive been doing business with them for 8 years. Consider this an unqualified recommendation.

Outstanding shop, Shannon always knows his stuff and they never do anything unnecessary, when I had AWD issues on my Volvo this was the only shop that knew what I was talking about/was willing to assess it, and I have been going there without hesitation ever since.
