today i decided i was goin to buy a set of mud tires for a 1998 jeep wrangler i was going to buy. i also had to pay a traffic ticket and where i had to pay it was accross the street from the store. i parked in their parking lot and went to pay my ticket. i was going to go get a quote from them for the tires i wanted when i had got back but when i got back my truck was being towed away. i asked why it was being towed. they told me cause i wasnt allowed to park there. and that i needed to pay the tow company $50. at this point i was furious. the tow truck guy was getting an attitude with me and told me that if i was going to stay mad i would have to pay more. i started to walk to an atm and the guy followed me and said " i dont have all day so hurry up". i gave him the money and asked for my truck back and he said " youll het it back when im ready and i can still tow it away." i called the goodyear store and complained and the tow company. neither were nice about it. needless to say they lost a customer and i will never go back. these guy are not nice at all. dont waste your time going here. they will tow your car away

I would not advice Goodyear ASC for anything beyond oil change and tire rotation based on my experience with the shop on 9th st in Cincinnati. I went there to have my tires balanced with Roadforce Hunter machine due to an annoying steering wheel shimmy at highway speeds. They did the roadforce balancing ($25/tire) and the vibration was less but still there and as annoying. I went back and asked whether theyd done force matching with RF balancing (matching high spot on wheel with low spot on tire) and service adviser did not have an answer for that question. Anyway, they double-checked it and came back with play in support bearing and send me to the dealer. Long story short, there was no play in the bearing per Whities car care (who advised strongly against Goodyear-type shops) and the shimmy was solved by doing proper force matching at Discount tire in Columbus. Very happy with Discount tire work, too bad there are no DT shops in Cincy :(

I went for a synthetic oil change over the summer just before a long drive to western Indiana. After the oil change, I noticed an obnoxious flapping noise for the entire 4 hour drive. I looked under the car and they had forgotten to bolt the plastic undercover back in place. I took took it back to them and after temporarily zip tying it, they found some bolts to use. They did not have the correct number of bolts and therefore the plastic undercover continued to make noise. I do not recommend this location. Id rather pay double for the dealers oil change.

Great Service, Extremely Kind Employees! We have so far taken my fiances Subaru and my fathers Jeep to this location. Both cars we equipped with larger tires than specified as requested by us and they did a great job balancing and aligning both vehicles. Bad service is not an option for these Goodyear guys. Take your car to this location, you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

Service is great. "Kornfan06" was not buying anything. The lot is flag with many signs warning people like him not to park there. If he was really going to buy tires he would have done that first and paid his ticket while they were doing the work. Just sour grapes from someone who is too cheap to put a quarter in the parking meter.

Great customer service, really work hard to find you great deals, very friendly, just all around great. Been there twice to buy tires (and I dont have a ton of money) and they always have been really good to me. Actually about to call them right now and get some new tires again...

First of all awesome customer service! They follow all the rules we all learned in business school. (most places esp car conpanys are rude) the service was fast extremely fast. Most def going back.
