I dont know what I expected, it being part of Walmart and all, but they somehow still didnt come close to meeting my already very low expectations. They are constantly understaffed, rude about it, and have turned me away twice in the last two weeks because they said they didnt have time to get to me. This is several hours before their posted closing time, mind you, and with only three or four cars in the customer lot.

My car sat in the garage for at least an hour before they started working on it. Didnt start the work until I said something to them, then took them another 45 mins to get it done. Took almost 2 hrs to get 2 tires on my car

My first and last time changing oil in wal-mart. I swear I waited for more than two hours. I am so pissed off. Id rather go to jiffy lube and pay an extra 5 dollars and get my car in roughly 15 minutes or less.

Always a long wait and the employees that work there have zero sense of urgency to get the long line of people waiting helped.
