We have taken many different vehicles to Chad over the years at the recommendation of mechanic friends who told us that he is the best and most honest mechanic around. He has replaced an engine on one of our vehicles for a fraction of the cost that it was to be done elsewhere and with a much better warranty. We have been extremely satisfied with all of his other repairs and he has saved us tons of money by explaining that we didnt need to do certain things for an old car or ways to hobble a hunk of junk along long enough to get something better. If I had an option I would never take our vehicles anywhere else.

Have been using these folks for years now. Ive taken Honda, Toyota and Ford to them. Always super honest with the work promised done at the price quoted. They actually do "repairs not just part swapping. Two different times I was told I didnt need something and the price was less. Heres an example. Car started shaking when putting on the brakes. I was told most likely the brake rotors have warped and need turned. It may need pads, but wont know until we look. Well guess what, it only needed the rotors turned, told me your pads are good. How many shops do you trust to be that honest. Two thumbs up!!!!

If you take your car to Holly Springs Automotive, you wont be sorry. If you take it somewhere else, you probably will This is the most honest, dependable, and reliable mechanic Ive ever taken a vehicle to. I had an overheating problem on a car. One shop told me I needed a new head and wanted over a thousand dollars to fix it. Chad told me the radiator had a leak in it, and I got out the door for less than 200 bucks. Nissan dealership wanted almost 800 dollars per axle to repair the hubs on my wifes car. Chad cost us less than 500. Hes worked on 4 cars of mine. Ill never take a car anywhere else. .

Ive had 2 older model honda accords which have been treated with such care. I found Japanese automotive after Americas service station (who have since closed for businees) gave me a quote of approx. 350.00 for repairs to pass emissions... Japanese auto charged me significantly less!!!! My old 91 accord passed emissions for 3 more years without any needed repairs. Chad calls you back and fixes your car quickly. I will never trust another mechanic with my car! Ladies this guy is worth a try you wont feel over talked or overcharhed .

Ive been taking my car to Chad for all my work for a few years now and I felt that I had to leave some feedback after I took my car in today for an emission issue and he charged me nothing to fix a minor vacuum hose problem. In the past Ive had problems that seemed, to someone like me with little knowledge of cars, like a catastrophic failure when it was, in fact, relatively minor. Other mechanics might try to sell you a new engine when they see an opportunity like that, but Chad is always honest and very knowledgeable.

Chad runs an honest business. He is fair and most of all trustworthy. He will not take advantage of you or charge you for unnecessary work. I have gone to other so called big name outfit and national brands, but each time leave with an uncomfortable feeling that I have been taken advantage of. Not with Chad. I now make a point of going out of my way to let him service all my vehicles. You want to be treated with respect with any of your vehicles, go to Chad at Holly Springs (Japanese) any Auto Repairs!

Chad and his crew have fixed my 1998 Honda Passport, and have done excellent work! A few months ago when I went to get an oil change, another mechanic had said my Passport might need $400 worth of work when it was hesitating to start. Chad looked it over for a few days, checked out the alternator, starter and fuel system. He found nothing wrong and charged me ZERO for looking at mycar. Since it is a 98, it takes longer for the fuel to move threw the motor. Thank you Chad!

I agree with the other customers that this place is outstanding. He does great work at a very fair price and only does the work that is required. He does not invent problems to do more work, nor does he mislead you into more work. If all shops operated like this one, the industry would be so much better off. Car dealers and other shops can learn a lot from how he treats customers and repairs cars. As long as I have a car that he can work on, he will be my mechanic.

I was referred to this mechanic by Ricks Pro Emission last year. He looked over my car, and got it to pass emission. I have been there several times, and I call the day of to make appts & he gets me in the same day! He is reasonable on pricing, honest, and has saved me money every time! The lobby is like a tropical oasis which is very relaxing! Chad, and his crew are nice, humble, and knowledgeable!

Chad is the most honest and kind mechanic Ive ever met. He is the first person I take my vehicle to if it ever has any issues. Cuts right to the issue and fixes it (sometimes at no cost) which shows you that he really enjoys what he does. Please take your vehicle here before you take it anywhere else. You wont regret it!

Extremely helpful, Took our Grandsons 2004 car in as it kept stopping. No codes etc. They looked it over and said it was just a sticky idle. They cleaned it out and said good to go. COST - nothing. JUST WOW. I will definitely go back when the next thing happens !!!
