My husband and I broke down a friend of me told me about Parkway Automotive, they were great Joe got my car right in no wait, they also offer to take me to work and pick me back up. Turned out to be my starter. I did call a few other places to see the prices, which they had the cheapest price also the best warranty. When my car was ready Joe called to let me know, I asked if he could wait till I was off work. Said it was no problem to call him when I was ready and he would pick me up. My car was waiting right in front when I arrived, they even gave me a little goodie bag.

If I could give Joe Brewer and his team a 10, I would! As a long-time client, over 10 years, Joe has always given me the best advice, direction and service for my automotive needs. He is definitely an honest mechanic - and with three cars, one being 15 years old, one is 7 and the other is 4, his advice on upkeep and the fixes that are needed are always spot-on! I highly recommend Parkway to my friends, family and colleagues - and you should check them out if you need any type of work on your car(s), trucks, campers, etc.!

I have been bringing my husbands classic Stealth to Parkway Automotive for 4 years. Whenever I call the shop the greeting is ALWAYS cheery and prompt. The owner is one of those good ol boys that takes pride in his work; cares that he handles your car so that you are not inconvenienced and can get on with your work and life. You really get that he likes people, and it shows in the way he deals with people. Bottom line, he is prompt, professional, and pleasant and charges a fair price for dependable service.

The people there are very nice I must say BUT I dropped my car off to Parkway Automotives because my car wouldnt start. My car was there for almost a month before they finally told me it was a timing belt and it would cost 800+. The price was fishy so I had it towed to Smiths in Covington. My car was there for 1day and they told me it was the timing belt and charged me 400. I dont know what it is with them but they charge people different prices for the same service. Somethings not right

The customer service was very nice. But the price was very high! I end up paying for the diagnosis test at automotive to see what was wrong with my car. They told me the problem for $100 and when I took my car to another shop that was reasonable price it was something completely different wrong with my car that was never the problem. Very upset that I wasted $100 on nothing. Wouldnt tell anyone to go there. Just not worth it!

We broke down in Lockland on our way to Dayton from southern KY. Called Parkway automotive based on their location and good Google reviews. They hooked us up with a tow and as promised had us back on the road by the end of the day. Big Thanks! to Joe and the awesome mechanics at Parkway Automotive. We returned home safely and certainly didnt take our warm Kentucky beds for granted this evening.

Joe and his son are great. It isnt often that you find someone so highly skilled from both a customer service AND mechanical perspective. Fair pricing, flexible scheduling, thorough explanations, good work, and they even gave me a little thank-you gift basket after my first visit. Good place. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Good explanations for what needs to get done. Preventive maintenance is the name of the game with care longevity, and these guys are worth the money in my book.

Had some brake issues on my car and found Parkway Automotive on google. It is in close proximity to the UC campus, and the staff was very friendly and they even pulled my car around front upon pickup. Great place!
