Im pretty skeptical when it comes to auto repair shops, but these guys have made a customer out of me. They communicated very well and let me know ahead of time what they were fixing and what the exact prices would be. After they started working on my problem, they realized my previous mechanic had made an error and I told them I wanted to hold the previous mechanic responsible for fixing it. Instead of charging me for what they had already done, they undid their work free of charge. In my opinion, you dont get any better service than that. Speaking with them, theyre just honest, hard-working guys - very trustworthy. Even on my way out, a customer sitting in the waiting room told me how great they were and said they had been going there for years. Im not used to such satisfaction when it comes to auto repair shops, so Im really glad I found this place.

I just want to say "THANK YOU" to Alpha and Omega for the way you took care of my car problem. Your customer service was wonderful especially after what I had previously experienced at another place. I drove down from N. Georgia you could not believe I drove down this far! I will do it again to have you work on my car. Mike explained what he thought was the problem, there were no surprises later. They fixed my car RIGHT the FIRST TIME. There was a death in my family and I was able to leave with my mind at ease, believing the problem would be fixed. If you need some work done you can trust Alpha and Omega Automotive. "Go Steelers"!!!

Ive paid for the same repairs twice for transmission fluid leakage and now Ill get to pay for it a third time at another shop that hopefully can actually fix the problem and will have an interest in doing so. This is not the only work I have had to pay for twice. They replaced the alternator, and 13 months later I had to pay (someone else) to replace it - again. I paid them to replace the rear main seal twice, and the oil pressure transmitter twice. Draw your own conclusions.

These are some great people worth building a relationship with. I drive past 7 other shops to go here and theyre the first ones i call if i cant fix something myself. If you dont have a shop yet or are recently fed up with your current one, do yourself a favor an get to know the folks over at Alpha and Omega. Believe it when I say hey actually want to fix your car without the cheap up-selling that happens at so many other shops when they have the car on the lift.

Went in there to today expecting to replace my brakes and an oil change.. instead of fooling me into thinking I need new brakes they saved me money and told me there is no need. They were very helpful and consulted with me several times before checking my car for other things I pointed out. I recently moved to Marietta and am glad to announce I found a new place to take my car to. Above all, supporting a Christian business is always a plus.

I went in to have my car inspected. I was told it would take three hours before they could look at it. I returned three hours later and it had not been touched. I waited. It finally went back. Price came back more than the dealership for some items. I asked for an estimate to make all the repairs. I called Monday to follow up and was told I would have the estimate Tuesday morning. It is now Tuesday afternoon and nothing.

Alpha and Omega take care of all our cars. Weve had at least seven different cars worked on by them. They give us options and tell us what they would do if it was their car. They understand when you are just keeping a car running for a teenager and when you need it for a long daily commute. They treat all of us as friends, always respectful and patient. We are so happy to have Alpha and Omega around the corner!

Ive been going to these guys for years now and can honestly say I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. If you struggle financially, they will work with you in payments. Whenever I go up there they know my mother and I by name and always make me feel as though they actually care about my car and whats going on with me. I would drive many miles out to have them work on my car, no questions asked

Came in with an engine smoking and horrible transmission problems. Came out with everything fixed the same day. Unlike most shops that wouldve told me to spend tons on a new transmission to make some profit, he gave it to me straight and I ended up only needing to deal with fluid/gasket fixes. I will be returning here for now on.

Mike is the most undersanding and reasonable store managers I have ever meet... There is no car problem he cant solve.. I love when he call and make sure your car is still runnimg good days after they have fixed the car. Best prices in East Cobb....I love them.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! Had me back on the road within hours! We have been having our cars worked on by this shop for 2 years. We take all 4 cars to them. They are GREAT!!!!! Found them by accident and have been pleased ever since.
