Staff went out of the way for my wife when her battery died in the parking lot of the lot right at closing time. One of the employees installed the battery for my wife in the parking lot after the store was closed. You cant beat that customer service. I would go to this location b/c they go above and beyond.

Went there to get 4 new tires on my car. Got a call about an hour later that the employee who worked on my car broke a lug nut. I will not be going back. The manager was very good and professional in solving the problem. I will never recommend anyone going there.

Dont bother calling the tire store or the main number, they have yet to answer the phone. And I have tried to reach them several dozen times.
