I stopped at this location on Jan. 15,2013ue to a slow leak in my left rear tire to have it repaired. After pulling it into the service bay they proceded to check my oil, suspension, and other things before getting to what I stopped for. After they finished trying to sell me a bunch of other services they finally got around to checking my tire. It was determined that it could not be repaired due to the leak being close to the sidewall. They offered to sell me a new tire at $230.00. Idecided instead to have the spare put on for the time being so I could continue my errands. On my Chevrolet Silverado pickup the spare is mounted underneath the bed. In the rear bumper is an opening which has a cylinder lock which requires the ignition key to remove. The jack kit has a long sectioned rod which inserts into a pocket to uncrank the cable which holds the spare to the underside. Their employee used one of their own rods for this and instead of hand cranking the cable he proceeded to try to undo it with an impact wrench. The tire only lowered a couple of inches and then stopped going down even though he kept ratcheting it with an impact wrench. They finally were able to get it back up close to where it was and had to leave it like that. Now the lowering mechanism does not work at all so the spare cannot be removed. They tried to convince me that someone had damaged it at a prior time even when I informed them that I bought my truck brand new and this spare had never been taken down. I even showed them the yellow stripes around the tread of the spare that showed it had never been on the ground. Even then they still insist that someone else screwed it up. To top it off I discover that they had failed to replace the cylinder lock so I went back the next day to get it. Now they are insisting that they didnt have it and it was not there when they started the job. This is the worst automotive repair place that Ive ever been to. Pay attention everyone and avoid Grismer Tire like the plague

Horrible. They are rude! I went in for oil change and cooling system flush. I got down the road after they worked on it and my car was acting up and smelled bad. I took it back and they drenched my engine with water because they must of poured the coolant with their eyes closed. I drove it home and it was still acting up. Parked it in the garage. Next day going to work my car was still acting up bad. So I brought it in and they were really rude to me. They told me that the coil I just replaced was bad because it got water on it. That I was driving around with the hood up and got water in it??!!? No it was the water that they had to sprayed on it!! They wanted $200 dollars to fix the problem that they created. I was going to get tires from them but now never again!!??!

After having my car serviced I noticed an oil leak in the driveway which I never had before. I had hoped it was just a missing bolt washer but found the threads stripped on the pan. What really kills me is the guy who stripped it had to know what he did and failed to say anything. Oil on my driveway, time spent cleaning it and the car, time spent going back to the shop is a huge headache. With the costs of a new oil pan this has turned into a $350 oil change. Next time I need work done Ill go someplace elese.
