Finding an auto repair facility that offers excellent service at reasonable prices and properly diagnoses and fixes problems the first time has always been an unrewarding, frustrating experience. Two years ago, I had a 1992 Ford Explorer transmission rebuilt by Milford AAMCO which also owns Milford Carworx. Back then, owner Gary Pauley challenged me to find a better place to do the same work. So when the electrical system in my old Explorer went out unexpectedly, I thought Id just find out if Gary was right. I called him and set up an appointment with Carworx. Thats where I met Robby Pauley the Carworx manager and Gary. Robby took charge, asking detailed questions to be sure he understood what happened. Within a day, Carworx had pinpointed the problem, recommended a tune-up and filter system clean-up to maintain problem-free operation. The work was done in one day. The price came in as quoted. Robby has excellent comminication skills and handled himself with poise. Frankly, I was impressed--which I rarely find with auto repair. Although I have on-going special discounts from other repair shops, I think Robby and Gary have earned the right to handle our continued business.

DO NOT GO HERE IT IS NOT WORTH GETTING SCAMMED!!! I took my 2000 Lincoln for a simple oil change here because a Co-worker recommended the facility. On Lincolns you need to turn off a rear suspension switch on the vehicle before you put the car on a lift to do the oil change. If you do not switch off the switch you will blow out the rear suspension. At This Facility They Blew Out My Rear Suspension, Because They Forgot To Flip The Switch, And Now They Want "ME" To Pay For There Mistake!!!! This is the most outrageous service I have ever come across. I am very upset because they lied straight to my face and told me IT WAS LIKE THAT!!! ARE YOU KIDDING MEEE!!! with such steady hands may I add. Thus I now will be suing them for a worthless $500.00 that isnt worth my time, But I need people in the world to know this place has no morals, and they can not take advantage of others" Ridiculously upsetting....DO NOT GO HERE......

Left car for new radiator (2011) and after car was taken apart the shop wanted to renegotiate the price higher. They adjusted the price to what they quoted at time car was left after much arguing and pleading for them to stand by their bid. Had an alternator put in another car August of 2010 which went bad in November 2011. The 25 month warranty did not hold up as the shop was not willing to stand behind the warranty even after another shop confirmed the alternator was bad. Carworx only wanted to listen for sounds of a problem and did not do a thorough check by hand turning the pulley which clearly showed bearing vibration and grinding. No longer going to this shop for service.

DISGUSTING! Took advantage of a 80 year old woman! $1,000 for brake job. Should have just been pads and maybe the roters but they convinced her the calipers needed replaced - really on a 2008 vehicle........ Oh, doesnt bleeding the brakes come with the job? Guess not charged for that too! Wouldnt take a check either - had to be all cash! Hmmmm wonder where the cash went? If I owned the place Id be checking pockets. The BBB has been contacted and will be investigating as well as others! I wonder if they take advantage of their grandparents or parents the same way or how they would feel if someone else did? You know what they say about Karma!

Robbie, Gary and The Team at Carworx thanks for a(nother) great job on maintaining my vehicle! The tires you help select for my car did a great job out there today on the snowy roads. We have been taking our vehicles to Milford Carworx shortly after they opened years ago up on Rt. 28, Gary and his staff do care about your and your vehicle. We like the fact they dont try to oversell you when they find a problem with your vehicle, they usually give you options. Very knowledgeable staff when it come to mechanics and you see on all kinds of vehicles from old vehicles to new vehicles at their shop. Always leave there knowing they back their work 100%

Gary, Gary, & Rob run a great shop. They have worked on at least five vehicles for me -- everything from brake systems to cam sensors to a transmission rebuild. Work is always solid and prices are very fair. I take my Moms car there as well as all of my kids vehicles. You can be assured that you will be treated well and receive great-fairly priced service.

I took my car to two other local shops to have my a/c checked for blowing warm air. after getting two very high quotes that just didnt sound right Robbys technician found a defective O ring seal So for less than $125 I had my a/c working great again and Robby explained how the a/c system & all the different interact

This establishment is very trustworthy. They dont try to sell you things or services that are not needed. The staff is very friendly and will actually show you on the vehicle why they are or are not doing a particular service. I feel as though Im only paying for what I really need. I really trust these people.
