Super friendly. Was looking for an ACE Delco battery and got their name from the AC Delco website. Very friendly on the phone, got the battery I wanted ordered in and delivered within 2 hrs. The guy on the phone had told me there was a core fee for the battery but when I showed up he told me he wasnt going to charge me for it and just asked that I return the old battery after I swapped them out. Very friendly and great customer service will bring me back again soon
