Stopped in into this Jiffy Lube while on the way to go car shopping waaay down in Oregon for a buddy, Car started acting up after a rubber breather gasket had torn on my car, They had Oreillys come over in less than ten minutes and found a replacement for me, Topped off my oil, Checked my Transmission oil level, And were very courtious and helpful by far! I do my maintenance for my cars but hey stuff happens at the worst times and these guys pulled through for me and I made the trip down to Oregon to get my buddies car and back no problem whatsoever! Only con I can say is really my bad, My shifter linkage was broken and I forgot to tell them that first gear wasnt where it normally was but the guy trying to drive the car to the service area sat there for a fair bit of time burning up my new clutch without realizing it wasnt in first... Its really my bad but when something is up with someone elses car ask first before jumping the gun lol... Regardless, Thanks and awesome service, Would stop by if I ever needed help again in a heartbeat!

Nice folks but notice two things. We crossed the pass and the washer fluid they used must have been water as it froze and caused a dangerous situation. When i looked under the hood I noticed that they failed to put the transmission dip stick down. It was sticking half way up so really surprised that they missed something as simple as that. You have to hope that they at least fill or dont overfill the oil reservoir and now I want to double check their work. Honestly I see semi-sloppy service that could really screw up one of our cars.

Poor service. I took my car here for an oil change and was charged $50. When I came back they said that in addition to the oil change theyd also washed the exterior windows and vacuumed the floors, which, upon looking, was blatantly untrue. My windows were slightly dirty the same they were before, and the same pine needles were still on the floor. Fifty dollars for an oil change is fine, but dont tell me youve serviced my car something extra when you havent.

These guys and girls are excellent. Ive alwasy had excellent service, great prices. If you ask if they have any deals or discounts, they are happy to give them to you. Ive never been over charged, They have checked other things for me and asked ahead of time If I would like to replace, which has always been helpful to me. Also they do their work in a timely manner. Ive never had to wait too long or felt they finished to quick.

Terrible service! I had my sleeping infant in the car and wanted to wait on the side until they were ready for me because they wouldnt let me leave my car running in line. They allowed two cars to go in front of me and said it was my fault for not being in line. The waiting area was disgusting or I would have just waited in there. Never will I return to ANY jiffy lube ever.

Great set of guys! I brought in my Audi A3 because Id given up on changing out my headlamp. They got both done in a half hour even though it was NOT cooperative (at one point all 3 were trying to figure it out). After all that they didnt even charge me for the install, and in fact refused when I tried to give them something for their time. Ill be going there again.

This is the second time I had extremely poor quality of work done. After cleaning my windshield it looked like they used a grease rag to clean it. There was grease on my hood, and most irritating was they spilled oil when replacing my oil filter which later dripped on my garage floor. Once is understandable, twice gets a comment like this and no more business.

Not very happy with the dishonesty and pricing on my oil change. I paid extra for premium oil and filter. 1,000 miles later I need a tune up and the mechanic showed me my oil filter looked like it hasnt been changed in a very long time. Stay clear of this business. Im sure this company wont try to contact me and make this right.

1st time using them, but always a fan of Jiffy Lube. They have a great military discount and knocked out all the things I needed to have done. They never called, so we spent a lot of time wandering around the area until we decided to come back and the car had been done for 15 or so minutes, other than that, great service!

Dylan is most considerate and explains everything to me and listens to my questions and never pressures me about any service or need my truck may have. Had my oil changed here the other day. It was quick and the techs there are very professional. I usually get the best oil, so it turns out to be pretty expensive, but its all about saving time for me.

Very poor service. Vacuumed my car without my knowledge and went through paperwork and also destroyed the sensor for the front seat air bag. Very expensive part. They do not take responsibility.
