Short version: quick, friendly service. Long version: I found a bulge in the side of my tire on a saturday evening. My usual go-to tire place, Les Schwab, was closed. The next day was Easter, so I had to find someone that day in order to safely complete my 70 mile round trip commute on Monday. Firestone said as long as I showed up before closing they would be able to get me in and out same day. And thats exactly what they did. The tech was quick. The sales guy walked me through all my tire options without trying to upsell me. All three employees were friendly and profressional to both me and my toddler. The waiting area was clean and tidy. You name it, they were doing it well. Ive never had any issues at Schwab, theyre a good place, but I found Firestone to have a more personal, friendly atmosphere, and lightning quick too. I think Ill be taking my business there in the future.

After purchasing 4 new tires from this location my rear tire kept losing air. I took my vehicle in and asked them to check the tire and f uhh x the noise in my hub cap, that developed after they worked on it. They fixed the noise and apparently just put air in the back tire. I was told everything was safe and good to go. Well, the tire is still losing air and when I called to find out what they had done to fix the tire all I got was a rude so called tire manager. I took my vehicle to the location on SE Powell and within 10 minutes they showed me the nail in the tire. No need to even put it through the bath procedure. I will never step foot in the Firestone located on 82nd and King rd again. The Powell store has very a professional crew with manners.

Ive visited this site a few times in the past, but havent had any work done, because of the particular make and model of my vehicle (1989 Volvo). However, my last visit was because of my tire. I thought air needed to be filled. The sales manager/technician (Nick, I believe his name was) was not the same person Ive dealt with in the past (Scott). He approached me very quickly and was advised me which technician (sorry, I cant remember his name) would be able to help me fill my tire. They were very friendly and professional!! The technician inspected the tires and showed me there was a bubble in one and advised I replace it. The work was done very quickly and professionally. I would recommend this location to others.

This location should be put out of business, and its workers be unemployed. Can you mount & balance some tires on my new wheels? Sure, be about an hour, come on in. It took them over two hours to put my truck on the lift, only then were they able to determine that the lugnuts were not compatible with my new wheels. Thats fine, but shouldnt you have an experts eye for that, rather than wasting my time. Also, they scratched by brand new wheel, bastards, Sorry bout that is the only thing they can do for me. Then it took them another half-hour just to pull the truck out of the garage. Slow, stupid, untruthful, unskilled. Shouldve known better than to do business on 82nd Ave, scum attracts scum I guess.

They made my car repairs look effortless and very fast. My cars make and model can be challenging to find parts for, but your staff replaced my breaks, rotors and gave it a oil change with not a single problem. I drive for a living and I left my appointment with Firestone feeling confident to be able to drive a well maintained vehicle safely. I was explained all the work that was completed and also enlightened on some work that might be needed on the upcoming months. I was treated with respect and enjoyed small talking with the staff. Thank you to Richard and Justin including the rest of the staff for a pleasant experience. Looking forward to coming back.

Been a faithful Firestone customer for years, but this was my first time at the Happy Valley location. Booked my appointment a few weeks ahead of time, they were very accommodating and had competitive prices. As a woman, any work done on my car causes stress for me, but the guys here were very honest and answered all my questions. They found that I needed my alignment done while changing the tires, so it was nice to get a call and let me know before proceeding. When I arrived to pay my bill, I got a pretty good discount so that was great! Would highly recommend this Firestone location!

1400.00 for brakes and new tires, e brake was not working after the job so I had my employee drive it in from Beaverton and had called ahead of time to let them know we were coming. When he got there they were rude to him, acted like they were in a hurry and did some adjustment in about 15 minutes. Low and behold, again they did not fix the issue they actually made it worse. so we now have to drive it back in a 3rd time for them to fix the e brake. I do not have time for this and it is completely unacceptable. Not sure I want these guys working on my stuff anymore.

Got my tires change here. Its a month after and my tire light was been on the whole time. Ive been in several times to try to get it turned off to no avail. I cant get a strait answer out of a single employee, they seem extremely knowledgeable and unmotivated to provide any customer service. My girlfriend went in one time, stood around for half an hour before being acknowledges and was then treated with extreme disrespect. Over all its been a terrible experience and do not recommend them to anyone.

Called to schedule an appt. For brakes on my SUV. They said they would look at them to see what I need. I explained that he needed to schedule for the brake job. The person on the phone stated " Well take a look and schedule for what we find needs to be done." Ive lived long enough to know what scraping brake pads sound like! This company needs to get with the times and stop discriminating against women. I opted to have my brakes done elsewhere.

When I go in there all they seem to care about is the money.some of the employees are rude.I dont want to name names.I drive an expensive car,a lexus ls 460 but they have poor customer service, they treat u like your a begger asking them for money.I dont appreciate this treatment being that Im a loyal customer bringing my car every time for oil change.they need to have more upbeat happy people when you come in.

Awesome service! The guy at the desk (Nick?) was super friendly and helpful, he guided me to the right tires for my car without pressuring me into buying the most expensive ones. Patient, understanding and genuinely helpful. Will definitely return!! Thanks again

Went to fix a flat, I was told I need it a new tire cause the nail was to close to the corner edge, I mean a nail, not a cut a nail. Got out of there went to another big tire shop told them what I was told and I got a big laugh.

Just had my brakes done here for less than half of what Les Schwab wanted. The manager was very polite and pleasant to deal with. And he had cuts from actually doing work on cars. Definitely not just a paper pusher.
