This has been my BEST EXPERIENCE with an auto shop ever. For the short reader: -Elad gave me a free suspension diagnosis and actually brought me under the car to teach me about what was wrong and how to tell. -He showed me how to buy all of the parts online for WAY CHEAPER than what the first 2 shops I visited would have charged. -He offered a GREAT PRICE for labor. It can be so hard to find an auto repair shop that wont try to rip you off, especially if you are new to an area like I am. This R & E shop is honest, value-oriented, and affordable. They will take care of your problems, teach you about your car, and show you how to save money. I wish I could give them 10 stars. For the long reader: I had visited 2 shops prior to this: One in Austin. The other, Milstead (nearby to R & E), They both found different issues and charged $1300 and $2200-$3200 respectively. Given that I bought this van a month ago for $4500, this was a huge disappointment. However, I am so glad that I came to R & E. I learned more about how a car works than I ever have before. Never has a repair guy actually taken the effort to bring me under the car and show me what is wrong. Usually, theyll just give you a bill and you have to hope that you arent being scammed. Seeing with my own eyes what is wrong makes a world of difference and brought me so much mental peace. Elad is the most honest person I have ever met in the automotive industry. Most shops, like the nearby Milstead, will take a huge profit on every part they sell you and charge an arm and a leg for labor. Elad walked me through how to get parts for the best price online and bring them in for him to do the repairs. My total cost with Elad will be less than half of what Milstead quoted me. I will get more issues fixed and I now have the mental solace of seeing the problem and the solution. GO TO R&E!

Elad is very fair and probably the nicest mechanic youll ever meet. I drove to Spring, Texas, all the way from California in my Volkswagen Jetta. By the time I arrived to texas , my oil change was due, plus my door handle and blinker were broken and my car charger fuse went out. (from an exciting yet rough road trip by two young adults) I decided not to take my car to a dealership and pay around $500 (the amount I payed for my last visit at the dealership in California) Instead I took my car to Elad and he showed me how to order all the accessories I needed and told me to come back when I had everything. This way everything would be much cheaper on my end. I came back with oil and a filter and he gave me a very fair deal on the oil change. He also warned me about future problems and what I can do to avoid them. I will be returning with my car parts very soon and I will take my car to Elad for future check ups and problems. I highly recommend R&E!

i saw a spot of oil on my driveway went to one of the oil places and they told me i need to replace an oil pen gasket replaced it paid $550 got back home few days later realized i still have an oil leaks went back to the mechanic and they told me i need to replace valve cover gasket replaced it too $450 couple days later still has oil leak on my driveway called back to the shop the manager told me my car is too old and im too picky my car is 2009 toyota corolla 120000 miles 2 months later got a coupon for a new mechanic shop stoped by and got my oil change the manager told me about an oil leak i got mad told him all the story about the other shop he said dont worry it is only oil pressure switch i already paid $1000 i was worried and asked for price the manager told me that the oil change and the oil pressure switch will be less than $100 they fixed it and is not leaking anymore great service! thank you

My wife and I just moved to Spring recently. I was looking to find a place to have the oil changed in our cars. I wanted to supply the oil and filters and was hoping to get a reduced rate if I did. Something that service stations did where we used to live. I stopped into five places in Spring and the Woodlands and ALL wanted to charge me FULL price! I received a coupon for R&E Auto Care for an oil change for $19.95. This include oil and a filter. I brought my car there and told Elad the owner that I had my own oil and filter. Expecting to pay full price, Elad told me that it would only cost me $10, the cost that I usually paid up north. He also check my washer fluid and added some at no addition cost. I dont often offer reviews, but I am so impressed with Elads fairness in providing great FIVE STAR service, I just had to.

Honest, Reliable and Friendly Service My car is eighteen years old and I put off having any major repairs because the place I was taking it to began charging way too much. The brake light was on for a year and where to get it fixed was driving me. A friend recommended R&E auto repair. Now, this will be where I take my car in the future. Last fall, the brakes were taken care of and this spring the front end was overhauled. It’s almost like driving a new car. Elad, Brannon and the crew will explain and show you what’s wrong without trying to scare you into getting work done. When the work was completed the old parts were shown. It’s easy to drive past R&E on Rayford Road, it’s well worth it to slow down and make the turn for half a block.

I moved to Conroe TX from Ohio three years ago and needed a good go-to car mechanic that was honest and fair. This is the best place to take your car for any maintenance or problems. They charge you a fair amount for the work they do (unlike most dealerships I have dealt with), and do phenomenal, consistent work. When the dealership wanted to charge me $200 for a part that they didnt have to fix my car to pass inspection, I went straight here on a recommendation and they fixed it for less than half the price on the spot. My wife and I have been going here for over two years for all our automotive needs amd will go nowhere else. Thank you R & E! You have made two lifelong customers!

I was set to leave Houston with my boyfriend approximately a week ago and as soon as we hooked up our camper, the check engine light came on and we lost a lot of power in the truck. It was a Sunday so nothing was open, but by happenstance I accidentally called the shop number thinking it was open. Elad answered the phone and met us where the truck was to check it out! I was amazed at how friendly and helpful Elad was. Elad got us on the road and we made it safely back to Florida. If I lived in this area, this shop would have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
