Bad diagnostic. Took in my diesel truck to check injectors. I asked if he had a machine to check individual injectors. (Basically you turn them off one by one) like they show on YouTube. Anyway, he insisted it was a pure "mechanical system". After changing two injectors and $1,800, I took it to another small mechanic on Blue Bell whom happened to use his Snap On tablet computer to show me how he turns off individual injectors. Piston #3 is bad, and when turned off you dont feel the engine go out of balance as it doesnt contribute as much as the other injectors and Pistons. So much for a pure mechanical system. $4,800 rebuild that Cummins. In the end he told me to run it for a while to push all the "gunk" out. That bad diagnostic caused me to ruin a piston ring. Now my truck is smoking from the Dipstick. And I still havent gotten a part about a Radiator. Mr. Weaver or whoever attended me, dont think for a second your repair fixed my truck and why I havent gone back to deal with the so called warranty. I rather not go have my time wasted for weeks. With excuses and other excuses. My engine idles rough when cold but it goes away after a while. I rather use the truck for the remaining miles I got until the engine seizes due to the bad piston rings. I will give him 2 stars because he did however fixed my mums 11 Ram. I could give details but its running fine to this day, so I wont.

Kenneth and his mechanics were fantastic. Honest, prompt and very hospitable. I gave him a list of concerns and when finished he told me a few I did not need to worry about versus just doing the work because I said he could. Saving me money was helpful because like most people I do not have cash to burn. He offered me a ride home so I did not have to sit in his office for a couple of hours.
