I ended up here after the guy I normally dealt with at the Firestone a block away left. As a student on a tight budget, Regency Auto, always worked with me on taking care of what I needed to keep my car running. Pricing is fair and the work is satisfactory. There was even a time where I was doing my breaks at home and ran into an issue with the drum breaks that Ii couldnt resolve myself. They were able to send a mechanic, Mohamed, to me to fix my mess up at a reasonable price and get the car back on the road. I have been using Regency for the past 2 years and will continue to as long as I am in the area.

I Have had my BMW and Mercedes repaired from factory workshops. Not only they re expensive and take too much time, their work is no better then Regency Auto Repairs work. Regency Auto Repair is a AA+ place, best rates, A Class job and above their customer service is beyond match. Owner is very nice and professional. I have referred many people and all have been real happy. Truly the best place for cars of all ranges....They treat you like family, and do the job in a timely fashion, and do it really well. Took my vehicle here to get a tune up and ever since, my car has been shaking, I always smell gas, and the engine light stays on. I took it back, and they claimed to fix the issue. But nothings changed. I think because I am a woman, and clearly do not know much about cars, they took advantage of me. They wanted me to keep shelling out more money to fix a problem that I did not have before I brought my truck here. I will not go back.

Extremely satisfied with the body work. My 2016 Honda Accord front end was badly damaged in a car accident. Owner was very courteous and repaired my vehicle to factory condition within a week. He kept me informed througout the repair process. I am very pleased with their work and customer service. Highly recommended, I will use their services again if needed.

Amazing experience! Was having problems with vibrations after a certain speed and some other small repairs. The staff was knowledgable and was able to explain the repairs needed and deliver them at a very reasonable price! Definitely will come back if I need car steffies in the future!!
