I took my car there because it was having acceleration problems. I couldve sworn it was the transmission. I gave him my cars syptoms and he agreed. It sounded like it was the transmission. I was looking at like $1,500 worth of repair, needless to say I was distraught. I left the car so that he could look at it and then he called to say it wasnt the transmission but that he would continue to look for the problem, turns out it was the knox sensors, now I dont know what the hell that is because I dont speak car but he fixed it and my car runs fine now. Honestly he couldve screwed me over and been like yeah its your transmission and completely have swindled me but he didnt. The service was proffesional the only thing I wasnt so happy about was the wait time. It took them like 2 weeks, but other than that everything was perfect. Definitely a repeat customer.

I took my 2007 Nissan Murano to Lucio at Build Right Transmission. His team was very polite and very thorough in letting me know what was wrong with my car. My transmission had gone out and they informed me that my car had a very expensive transmission in it. The dealership wanted twice what this shop repaired it for. I received my vehicle back in 5 days and it runs and drives like new. Communication was great through out the entire time my car was there. I strongly recommend this shop and I will be bringing my car back to them for future repairs.

Ive always loved dealing with small businesses when it comes to my car but the thing that stuck out to me most was that Mr. Ayalas level of professionalism was amazing, he kept up with my paper work, called me on time, kept my car clean a free of trash and the best part is my car got everything that it needed and no extra. Since that Ive never taken my car to anyone but Mr. Ayala because he does it right. Long story short I believe this is a business that should stick around for a while.

Honest, reliable, & great price!! My fathers transmission was messing up. Another shop told us we needed a new transmission & it would cost $1800 without even looking under the hood?? Took it to Build Right Transmission & Mr Ayala took time to diagnose the trouble and told us we didnt need a new transmission. He was able to fix the problem for half the price and in less than a week!! Van drives great with no issues. Will definitely be doing business with him again!

Went there after going to my long time mechanic who was unable to fix my problem but managed to over charge and didnt fix the issue. after coming here Mr.Lucio was able to diagnose the issue and able to fix my truck that had been back in forth to my prior mecanic and never got fixed.... Thanks will surely be using yall again...ac working good and cat not turning off....
