Never buy a vehicle from Green and White Auto, I made that mistake. They sold me a car knowing the air bag system may not be working. The air bag warning light was on, sales manager Josh DeMasters told me the system had been checked and the system was working. I found out later that the system had not been checked and he didn’t know if the system was working or not. I wanted Green and White to be responsible for checking the system and fixing anything that was wrong, Mr. DeMasters refused quoting “Caveat Emptor” and “purchased as is”. If Green and White didn’t know of this issue before the sale I would agree but they did and now refuse to correct the problem. I asked him to have the owner of Green and White contact me, he refused and said “that will never happen”. One of the reasons I did business with them was there reputation for honesty and service, Beware this reputation it may just be smoke and mirrors.

Very unhappy with the service. After spending a considerable amount of money (>$8000) at Green & White last month, my check engine light came on last Friday. I called G&W, since I live 30min away, and asked if they could look at the car at that time. The gentlemen on the phone said, "absolutely, the garage is empty and my mechanics are caught up." I promptly drove to the shop, and upon arrival was told there is no way they could look at the car until Monday, they were too busy. When I told them I called ahead, they informed me that the call had been answered by someone offsite who wasnt familiar with the current work demands. Why would you have someone offsite answering the phones during normal business hours and telling people they arent busy??? Poor, poor, service in my opinion.

My husband and I had a very nice experience purchasing our vehicle from Green & White. Our salesman, Jimi, was very pleasant from the start, working with us each step of the way to make sure we left happy. The selection of cars was sufficient, without being overwhelming, and with the stellar reviews of their repair shop, we knew we could shop with confidence knowing the cars had been adequately inspected. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well, and the facility was clean and nicely decorated. Overall we are very impressed with this company. We got one-on-one attention and an honest sale - A breath of fresh air compared to car shopping at a big-league dealership! Would definitely recommend Green and White Automotive! Thanks Kent & Jimi!!

This is my first Google review. I dont do reviews but for Green and White I will! I have been going there for over 15 years and am thoroughly pleased with their service. I will admit to going to another shop or two when Green and White started closing on Saturday. I got over that quickly! And with the ride service they offer I have never been inconvenienced at all. I have a car I bought from CarMax with the CarMax warranty. They are usually great cars, but this one had real issues. Green and White covered all communication with the insurance; I just paid my $50.00 insurance copay and that was it. I could go on with more good stories. Suffice to say I would and have recommended them to any one who has asked.

My sisters and I wanted to let you know that your kindness and patience with our 87 year old mother did not go unnoticed. Please forgive if we forget anyones name, but Terry and Adrian, and the other Adrian, were all very kind to her and we appreciate this from the bottom of our hearts. She gets a little nervous and asks the same questions and these men answered them again for her as if it was the first time. First class all the way guys!!! Thanks again for going over and beyond.the call of duty. You have no idea how often older people are spoken down to and disrespected in day to day life, so for you to treat her with respect meant the world.

I took in a 89 Honda for repairs after I had attempted and failed to repair it myself (rough idle/would not stay running). After the car was in repair for 5 weeks, I got a $550 bill and a car that only worked ever so slightly better than when it went in. If you are looking for a facility that will do serious troubleshooting, this likely isnt your place - they just are not going to take the effort to figure out the root cause of the problem. I wish if they didnt want to deal with my foreign "old" car, they should have said right up front they didnt want to take on the work and I could have had someone that was skilled and willing do it.

I have driven by the Green & White shop for years, living in old town spring, but I never thought to stop there for any repairs, thinking that the dealerships where my best bet... I know, I know, stop yelling at me, I have changed my ways. Finally drove in to Green & White to get my truck looked at and repaired. Not only did they take care of my repairs while I waited, (installed sway bar bushings and replaced all four shocks) but the tech found and suggested other fixes without charge. Awesome service and strait answers. I am going back to them for all my auto repair needs. Awesome service!!!

I have been using Green and White for service since 1977 and have always found them to be honest, courteous, and professional. I thought I might need a brake job and fluid flush ($600.00+) but they said my brakes were fine for now and wait to have it done! My wifes car had a fight with a big piece of rubber that was thrown into her car and lost! They diagnosed the damage and had it fixed in the same day! Truly one of the last really honest repair shops around and I am lucky enough to live within 10 minutes of them. Thanks again and geat job!

Everybody was friendly, they did a wonderful job fixing the A/C in my wifes vehicle. Only downside (and this is with all repair places imo) is that parts are way overpriced. I know they are a business and trying to make money, but the a/c compressor I could have purchased online for about $500 less than they charged me. Needed it fixed with the Texas summer coming up and the car was already taken apart, so I didnt bother, but maybe they just need a new parts supplier that has cheaper prices that they can pass onto the consumer.

I have used Green & White for years and found them to be honest and caring. Several years the car I had then began making a really awful noise and I immediately brought it in expecting it to be a major issue. They quickly looked at it and told me it was a small fix. Im a widow and dont know the first thing about working on cars so it meant a lot to me that they didnt try to fleece me but were honest and professional. Wish every company I deal with were the same.

Green and White is always very professional, quick to fix a job and I know that they arent fixing things they dont need to. They do a comprehensive look at my vehicle offer me my options and never pressure me in to fixing things that arent quite an emergency just yet. Their front desk staff is courteous and professional. I have been going here for years. Just thought is was about time to give them a review.
