Should have listened to the other reviews on here. This place is the absolute worst. My gf took her car in for an oil change and they tell her that they cant do anything and she would need to leave because there was no oil in the car and the filter was put on wrong. I did the job myself before and know it was done correctly. I have her bring me the car and check the oil level and everything is fine. She takes it over to All Tune and they take a look and said nothing was wrong with the filter or the oil level. I was already not a fan of Sears and this definitely will keep me or anyone I know from ever coming back. Dont give these people any more money and let the Sears chain die its inevitable death that is soon to come.

Scott Coffman is an awful store manager. Who can make up the authenticity of a groupon, while bringing up the groupon voucher inside the application with the redemption code? I mean seriously, argumentative and very uniformed. I was warned NOT to go to sears but I went because I had this groupon to take advantage of. I will never go back again, the assistance manage was awesome and had everything handled until the manager decided he need to step in. Scott needs to be working on cars only, he is not manager material

Really nice friendly customer service. Went in to get a alignment. They have really good prices on them. I got the 1 year unlimited mile warranty for $114 not a bad deal at all. Plus I can go in a check it for whatever reason. I also like how they send you pictures to your phone telling you everything you need to know about your car. Im glad I came here for an alignment.

Every time I come here its at least a 4 hour wait time! Every time its a different excuse! This will be the last time I bring my vehicles here unless something gets done to change the shortage of help. Been waiting 4 hours already and still the vehicle hasnt even been put in the work area. FOUR HOURS for a simple inspection and an oil change!

I had heard other people say that it was not wise for a woman to take her vehicle into this place alone. I never imagined that my wife would take her car in to have a simple headlight fixed and sit there all afternoon and be charged $165 for services that were not needed. But, that is exactly what happened and the headlight still does not work.

Highly suggest to find a different location for an oil change. Staff informed me of the wrong service hours and no notification anywhere that you need an appointment. Questionable customer service. Sad to see such a great place now has poor business.

I feel like they are really honest, and I have had a really great experience with them. If you are there first thing in the morning they will get you right in and they update you throughout the process...I will be using them from here on out =)
