Everyone there is super nice and I do believe Honest. HOWEVER - SUPER EXPENSIVE and always take longer then promised. They are so convenient for me so I kept going, despite knowing they were on the high price side and knowing if they said 4 hours it would be 8. If they said 8 hours it would be the next day. Final straw however was when I failed a inspection due to breaks. Their quote for all the work was so high I decided to take take it to dealer to get double checked and a competitive quote. Dealer found the same issues - but the DEALERS QUOTE was 25% LESS then VA tired and & Auto...Let that sink in...They were 25% HIGHER then the dealer! For breaks! ****update June 23rd**** I will give credit to them. Since this review -they reviewed my last visit. Reached out to me - had a covo. Explained why their service was more expensive (Was for more work) but even better -Took ownership of their mistake (We should have presented it more as Required / recommended vs here is what you need). I give them credit for taking the review seriously and spending time and effort to make it right and to avoid it from happening again. Raising the review a star!

Ive brought my car here several times, and although yes Ive paid more here then at other places for some items, I pay it for other reasons which matter to me more. The convenience of the location and their hours of operation, Ive always had a great customer service experience here, and theyve always gone above and beyond to help me. Seeing that good customer service appears to be a memory at times, I value and show loyalty to places that appear to value me as a client or consumer. Twice I have been in bad medical shape when having to bring in my car, because Murphys Law, the first after a brutal dental procedure and Jake had me sit down, brought me water and made sure I had a shuttle home. The second time I was in a walking boot and crutches and in pain, the employee who drove me home had been through similar and empathized so when he saw I lived on a 3rd floor walk up he got out and helped me up and carried my things for me. These little things do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated!

Great friendly service and excellent staff but after my most recent experience I advise everyone to get second opinion on their estimations and repairs. Recently my van failed inspection and the repair cost was estimated at $900 for rear brake caliper and brake master cylinder. I took it elsewhere and I was told the cylinder is fine as its not leaking and the cylinder problem is just because of the issue with rear brake caliper. That is a saving of $249 parts +171 labor. I also paid less than here for rear caliper. I am surprised I saved over $450 shopping elsewhere. I felt bad that I paid them quite a lot over the years at their different locations.

This is a really great repair facility. I have only gotten basic maintenance work done on my car here, but everyone here is very courteous and pleasant. The main showroom and waiting area are clean, with a couple of big screen TVs, free coffee, water,and sodas, with comfortable couches. Their prices seem fair and competitive. Ive never felt like Ive been overcharged or taken advantage of, and they have never tried to up-sell me on extra work my car might need. This is my "go to" auto shop for everything my car needs. I trust them and I always get treated very well when I go there.

I went there for inspections, and they called me said it failed on safety because of the torn wipers. They charge me $100 to fix them!!! I thought I heard them wrong because my car is new, and the wipers functioned great in the heavy rain a day before inspection. So I told them go ahead to reject the safety inspection. Here comes the point. When I pick up my car later that day, the wipers are almost FALLING INTO PIECES! I cant image what they did in order to make $100 to their pocket.

I received a free oil change coupon in the mail and went there for service. A few days after, I had my transmission fluid changed at another shop due to the cheaper price. They fortunately noticed the oil filter was loose and oil on the underside. They tightened the filter, placed oil back into the vehicle and cleaned up the mess. The place itself is new and clean. The people are very friendly, however, I expected something as simple as an oil change to be done correctly.

Ive been taking my car to VTA for the last 5 years and I keep doing it because they keep me and my car going with excellent service, repair, communication and kindness. VA tire and auto in One Loudoun has the best service around. I had a splash guard come off underneath my car. Instead of making me wait a few hours, they immediately pulled my car in and repaired it free of charge. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank yo u so much!

If you are a female, dont go there. I went there for a very pricy oil change and came home with a $500+ quote even though my car was only 3 years old. I took it to my dealer the next time, they did not mention anything that needs to be fixed.
