We have been going to Battlefield Bp for over 10 years. Everyone in our family [3 vehicles] go only to them. Kedir and Nooriah and all of the technicians always are friendly, most helpful, knowledgeable, and informative with each and every issue and concern. They never try to sell something you do not need. They explain thoroughly and exactly what the issue is - even taking you to the vehicle to show what is being addressed, answering all questions until it is understood. I have a brain injured son who will often just go to see the team at Battlefield to ask little questions about his car - everyone is so kind and helpful to him that I never have a concern with him going to "pester". Truthfully, I love the going there; feel that I am always safe and secure on the road----I will go no where else and I will always refer. We are most grateful to have this team available to us. Actually, we care for all of them as part of our own family. It is indeed a pleasure to have this opportunity to write a review for Battlefield Bp!

Wonderfully honest and reliable shop to take your cars to! We were in the process of selling our vehicle but the prospective buyer of our car ( a car dealer) told us that the steering rack needed to be replaced...a sizable job. We went to Battlefield Bp to have it fixed before selling it. This place was recommended by someone we know who had very good experience with the mechanic, Gedir, in the past. Gedir, at the shop, tested my car and informed us that the only thing that needed for the steering wheel was the fluid. This honest man turned down a $650 plus job and charged us only for the steering wheel fluid. The mechanic at the dealership tested my car again afterwards and decided that everything was fine with the car as Gedir said, and purchased the car. We were happy not only to save substantial amount of money, but also to realize that there are still such delightfully honest people in this world. We will take our cars to Battlefield Bp and send our family and friends there for their car care from here on.

Battlefield Bp is where Ive been fixing my vehicle for over four years now! A family member referred me to them when I needed work done on my vehicle. Since then, Ive not been to any other Auto Repair Shop. The reason being that I feel safe with the manager about the work they do on my vehicle, and all the staff are professional, respectful, and friendly. Their price is reasonable, and they are willing to work with you if you need help with payment or fixing of your vehicle, because as the manager always say: "Your safety is more important" On one occasion, I recently spent over $1,100 in fixing "light on" on my vehicle, then I travelled to DC, and I was in a terrible holdup on highway 66 for hours. By the time I returned to Virginia that day, those lights were all on again! Then I took the vehicle back to Battlefield Bp and they tested the vehicle and clear those lights for me for free! I recommend anyone needing a reliable Auto Repair Shop to check them out! V.F. "

Battlefield BP is a great stop to get your car fixed. They are honest and hard working and SOMETIMES they are fair. That being said my last trip there I felt gouged. All I needed was a simple inspection and emissions. I knew that nothing was wrong with my car and felt a $35 bill was on its way. When I got the call that my car was ready I headed right over to pick it up. When I got the bill I noticed that I was charged for 2 headlights and 1 tail light that he said were "needed"! I knew this was incorrect because before every trip to the car mechanic i make sure that all lights are working properly and that nothing is leaking. My bill ended up being $120+ for 3 headlights! I was not pleased with my service this day because i felt i was taken advantage of. I was really set aback by the fact that they felt so easy to gouge a regular customer who comes to them every time my car needs fixing. I am highly disappointed in the service on this day

Me, my staff and my boss were dealing with this station from past 7 years. BP staff and management got guts to tell crap on people face assuming they are too smart and customer is dumb. What can one expect from uneducated street smarts. Becasue of their attitude and worse customer service and high repair costs compatable to dealers. out of 109 fleet vehicles. We reduced it to 21 vehicles, later 5 and finally we dont even step into their property for gas nor repairs. Owner 100% depends on his staff, not aware of certain things except bookkeeping. Stop fooling customers. Becasue of customers you exist. It was a stupid idea to send me a request to rate you. I dont even want to see you all. You will not get my business nor company business. You lost it.

Should never do inspection here. They try to find the reason to make your car fail from safety inspection such as the wiper is tear off, break pad is worn out, the power steering fluid dirty need to be changed. They try a lot to sell you a things at higher cost (of course) than at the retail. For sample : wiper at 12.00 ea (retail shop at 7.99), break light bulb at 10.00 (retail shop is 4.50), power steering fluid change at 100.00 (South Riding auto does at 65.00). Of course, the decision is your but it wasted you time to fix it then come back. That is why their tactics work with many cars owner. I have never try their repair skill so my review is not about that.

I have been a customer of Battlefield BP for over twenty years. That probably should say it all. During this time I have owned several domestic cars and a truck. Also an S-Class Mercedes Benz. All of these vehicles have been serviced there. They have also done a pre-check on a certified used car I was considering buying and a problem they found was repaired at the sellers expense saving me money and inconvenience. I believe that the owner and his employees are honest people. Car repair is expensive anywhere - but here you can at least feel that you are getting an honest deal . Battlefield BP is a really good automatic shop. The workers are very honest and I have been bringing my vehicles here for about eight years. The manager Kadir can beat any price the other autoshops will give you. They do awesome work and I will recommend them to anyone. They take pride in their workmanship. All of their work is warranted and they stand behind it. Im from a small town in Florida and the workers develop a personal relationship with their costumers. Two thumbs up from me.

I stopped in this little service station not long ago when my Subaru had a flat on the interstate. Really I was just looking for a place to put on the spare and keep going but the guys inside were very helpful and assured me they could have me on my way soon. They did just what they promised and at a very reasonable price. There was a surprising amount of professionalism in an unexpected place. I would recommend you give them a shot if youre looking for a good deal from honest people.
