If I could I would give them 0 stars. The people in this shop are dishonorable and will find ways to over charge you, hell they may even break something else in your car in a effort to fix your problem so that you can come back to fix another problem that they caused and you may not be aware of it. In my case I brought in my car to check for damages after a misfiring cylinder. They literary went to OReilley across the street to buy the replacement spark plug and ignition coil only to charge me DOUBLE of what it costs and guess what you cant provide your own bought parts even though it be the same **** they would do. While my car had an open cylinder they kept trying to start and run it so this means all that unburned fuel is running down my exhaust to guess what damage my catalytic converter causing me yet another headache to deal with a lot sooner. They even charged me for a simple re-threading of the cylinder and after putting the new parts in they claimed my engine had to be replaced which would cost around $9000, hell NO. I towed the car home and replaced the parts myself after a few days and turned the car on to realize there was nothing wrong with my engine at all it behaved the same as the day I bought it but as I suspected its been a few months now and my converter went bad. Do not trust or do business with these a******s.

I had the pleasant experience of meeting Eric and Jeritt yesterday when I took my truck in to be checked out. I immediately felt welcomed because of Erics sense of humor and wittiness. As I continued to chat with him while waiting for Jeritt to finish inspecting my truck, it was also a relief feeling that I was not about to be victimized in some fashion. Jeritt finished his check wiithin minutes, took me out show a couple things, made some recommendations, and I was out. Neither he nor Eric tried to pressure me, (which would have raised distrust) but rather gave me options for repairs, including what I could do myself if I had the time and skills. He seemed pleased to be of service. Frankly, it just doesnt get much better than that. They will have my business. Melvin

I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle and chose Meineke. normally I would go to an indy shop but it was saturday afternoon and very few mechanics were available (as usual). They were accommodating, they were thorough and there price was very reasonable for the services rendered. Garret and the crew went above and beyond with this service. i cant speak about other peoples experience, but after mine, I wouldnt hesitate to go to this meineke in the future. Overall im very surprised, but I suppose its more about the individuals that run the shop, than the name out front.

After trying in various other places for a helping hand, I finally just tried calling these guys. I asked if they could change a blinker light bulb for me, they asked how quickly I could come in. In about five minutes I had a new blinker light bulb installed free of charge (I did provide them with the light bulb).Great place, will definitely come again.

Took my car in last minute to get a noise checked out. They first called me to confirm my appointment, and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The issue was much smaller than I thought that it was and I was very relieved at what the real issue was. They got it fixed within 10 minutes, and I was good to go.

First they made me appointment and when I came this very arrogant unprofessional guy name Eric said they will not do it WITHOUT explaining why It was only a small job of changing cooling fan any repairs job could do. Never experienced anything like that Avoid this place!

They are fairly honest with explaining the priority and necessity of work recommended, but personally, when I can type the description of the part down to the same stock number into Google and see that youre trying to charge me 400% of the manufacturers retail consumer price, i feel my intelligence is being insulted.

Prioritized another repair over mine because it payed better. It was a waste of my time coming here and I felt slighted enough to ensure I will never come back with my money. But at the same time I would have done the same thing and dont blame them for making the right decision for themselves.

Quoted me at $1,054.51 to repair front driver and passenger side brake pads, caliper and rotors. 486.61 just for labor alone. This is a rip off considering Les Schwab quoted me at $460. Kinda felt like they were being sexist, thinking I wouldnt think that is a scam.

Eric is wonderful! He really worked with me to get what I needed done to my car. Fit me in on an already busy day. Those guys really have gone above and beyond to help me out of a costly situation! Ill always come back to see them for anything.
