Awesome place to go! Vacation bound I took my family vehicle in for some new tires before we hit the road. When tires were being changed I noticed one of the guys walking around my truck doing a check of everything WITHOUT me even having to ask. I never told them I was a Mechanic to see if they do what most shops do and just try to up sell and sell people things they dont need. The sales guy Chris asked me to come out and see how low my brakes were and to my amazement they were almost grinding. My family was ready and waiting for me to get home to leave for Vacation and I had no time to do the brakes at home. Chris tells me he can have it all done in under 2 hours. Im thinking its going to be more like 3 hours I give him the ok he has my truck all done with Front brake pads, front brake rotors, 4 tires and an Alignment just over an hour from me telling him to do it. I had to give this store a shout out for being great on price and very fast service. Thanks guys.

Waited 4 hours for correct diagnosis after they incorrectly told me my engine was blown, they called someone on the phone who correctly diagnosed timing belt. They quoted me a $795.00 price for belt without a water pump and when I said I would take it somewhere else an employee told me I was crazy, that the other shop didnt know how much work was involved. This coming from the same guy that told me he determined the engine was gone. I had my car towed to another shop and had the timing belt, water pump, seals and both serpentine belts changed for $510. When I reviewed my service on the owners site there was no apology given for the initial misdiagnosis or for the way his employee spoke to me when I left the shop. Make sure you check pricing at other shops before you let these folks complete repair work other than tires or basic oil changes.

I stopped in this afternoon with a leaky tire needing to be plugged. I had stopped first at a "big name" tire store just up the road and was told they couldnt get to it today. I pulled in to Metro 25 Firestone, was immediately helped and was back on the road in fifteen minutes. Both Chris the technician and the manager were friendly and helpful. I need four new tires for my pickup truck and will be returning here in the next few days. You have earned my respect as well as my business. Thank you.

terrible customer service. They took my car apart to repair before even telling me what it needed and what parts they were going to use. Then when I said I was taking the car elsewhere, I was told by the grumpy counter person...sorry but your car is already taken apart. there were several people who came in to quotes while I was waiting, who turned around and left due to this persons attitude.

This place has tough competition. Bell Tire, Discount Tire, Goodyear and Sears all within a city block. Their prices are competitive, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and most importantly, I was in and out of there in no time. Bottom line I would recommend this place to anyone. Including you, whos reading this right now.

JUST WANTED TO THANK THE FRIENDLY STAFF FOR TAKING CARE OF MY WIFE ON SOME AUTO REPAIR AND TIRES SHE HAD DONE YESTERDAY. I was able to get two tires and a front end alignment in roughly an hour. Chris the manager was very helpful! One piece of advice, if you call for a quote and are planning to get road hazard coverage, make sure to ask for it up front so its included in your quote.

Very competitive prices and very helpful and friendly staff. They even tolerated my wife returning to have her fears of a mistake during installation of new shocks and struts and had her in and out after rechecking everything to make sure it was done right.
