DO NOT TRUST THESE MECHANICS!!! Before buying a used 2002 accord, I took the car here for an oil change and vehicle inspection. At that point I did not know anything about working on cars. The only thing I checked myself was the oil, which I saw was very low and I asked them to take a look. I also asked them to check the brakes because there was a vibration in the pedal while braking. After the inspection, they noted the low oil but made no mention of a cause and told me the car needed a new timing belt and water pump as preventative maintenance but other than that they said the car was in great shape. Everything they told me was a lie. First, the only maintenance record that I had for the car was that the timing belt and water pump had been replaced less than a year prior and were in perfect condition. After questioning the mechanic about why they recommended this repair, I was told the pump was leaking water but that it may have just been condensation. Second, they told me the vibration in the brakes was normal due to ABS. About a week later I had a friend look at the car and he showed me the rotors were clearly in bad shape and the car needed new pads and rotors. After replacing these there was no vibration at all in the pedal. The vibration is definitely not normal. Also, my friend pointed out there was a clear leaking of oil from the valve cover gasket which is easily seen with even the most casual of inspections. Finally and most importantly, the oil was low and dark because the car was burning oil due to cracks in the valves. Any responsible mechanic would have at least recommended checking for a problem after seeing the low oil level and dark color. All I got for my inspection was a phony recommendation for an expensive unnecessary repair and a false sense of security in buying a lemon of a car. I firmly believe that the mechanic never even looked at the vehicle. I will never take a vehicle to Firestone again and I strongly encourage anyone else to do the same. The lack of honesty and level of incompetence is almost criminal.

Scammers! wife sent our car in to have the winter tires removed and summer tires installed was called and told the car needed an alignment, little did they know i just had the front end aligned 2 weeks ago cause it was pulling to the left a little, i told them i declined the work but asked if the car was on the rack right now and they said yes, i asked for a print out to take back to the previous shop to find out what was up. when i went to pick up the car they said the mechanic already did the aliment before i could tell him not to and gave me the printout of the alignment after it was done and wasnt charged for the alignment in short i compared the printout to the one from the previous shop that did the alignment before and it was exactly the same, scene it was my wife who dropped it off they probably figured she wouldnt know better and would have told them to do the work when it really was not needed and scam her out of an extra 100 bucks without even having to turn a wrench. they just didnt know her husband was a heavy equipment technician that services and repairs million dollar machines and keeps full records of his equipment and maitnance

Yea...theyre crooked. They told me the part i needed was 305 dollars and 100 in labor. I get the labor as it took all but 2 hr so 50/hr/car is nice pay. However, i found the exact same part prior to the repair for 110 dollars...exact same. I asked if i brought the part if they could put it on. He said no, because they use better products. After i verified it was the exact same part he then changed his mind and said its actually because he cant warranty another stores part. I told him i could get the warranty through auto zone. He still said no. However he did come down 30 dollars on the cost of the part. I agreed to the repair because i needed it quick but will never deal with them. Local mechanics will put any part you buy on at a much cheaper rate. Its my fault for not learning how to repair my own car. It just sucks when you get robbed for over double the price part. I wish there was a 0 star.

One time I went there and they rotated my tires and did an oil change. Next day I drive on the highway and my car shakes horribly at high speed. When I stop, I notice the balance is missing from one of the wheels. I took my car back in and they did fix it but how could they knock it off to begin with. I then had Firestone do my front brakes. They told me they would put OEM pads on my Toyota. I get my car and the brakes squeal horribly and sound like damage is done when I hit them hard. They never squealed before and were just worn. I took it back in and they looked it over and said the brakes are perfect but this time said the brakes "meet OEM specs" so they lied about installing OEM brakes. They claimed the squealing was because my struts were bad and recommended replacing those when its clearly the brake pads. Go somewhere else particularly for your brakes. You will regret it if you do.

I took my new car here to have a 30.00 A/C check which ended up being over 200.00. They ran the dye test to see if it was leaking because I told them I had refilled it myself and it still wasnt putting out cold air. They came in to talk to me, said that they couldnt tell if it was leaking because they didnt see the dye (ITS BRIGHT GREEN!!!!), refilled it, and sent me home. A week later it put out warm air AGAIN, and I look around and clearly see where the dye is leaking out. So basically if you want to spend over 200 bucks for something you could have done yourself at home thats the place. Also, if youre a woman they ignore everything you tell them and think youre just an idiot. Believe it or not, some women know about their cars. Ill never go back.

Had a PT Cruiser where the power steering was having issues. They told me it was the control arms. Had them replace it the day of and went on my way like a happy customer. A month later, had the same problems. Take it back it. Now they tell me it needs a new power steering pump. I ask them how they knew it wasnt the power steering pump the last time I came in. They said it was providing pressure. I asked them what the pressure was when they checked. He said, and I quote, "We dont have the equipment to test that here, but my Service Technician held his thumb over the line and it held pressure." Power steering pumps run at over 400 psi. These guys are hacks and scammers. Do not take your vehicle here.
