I have been using Tire One for a couple years now and can not believe the level of quality and care that you get when you walk in the doors. Have always been there to help me out whether it was when I blew a tire when I hit a pothole, to when my car was out of alignment, even to diagnosing a problem with the wiring of my car, they were always there with a smile, excellent service, and great prices. Its re-assuring to know that they are always there for me when something goes wrong. I would HIGHLY reccommend anyone going to Tire One if you need anything done.

I have been taking my car their for just about everything for about 5 years. They are as honest as they come. When I thought I needed brakes they assured me I had time left on the pads. That would have been an easy sell for them, but they told me to wait 2 more oil changes. As far as price, they will usually be lower than everyone around. DJ and Scott in the front office are very nice guys too!

Im an ex-mechanic that does not like being hustled by service advisors.The service from this place is consistently bad. Been there three times and have been dissatisfied every time. I wont go back. They dont do the work right, they try to sell services you dont need, and they dont do all of the services you pay for.

I needed a basic rim repair. I thought it was going to cost at least $50 and take a few hours. It was the exact opposite. It cost me $25 and it took them a little over an hour to do the job. I havent had any issues with that tire since I brought it in. Thank you Tire One Auto!

Ive got a 2011 Shelby, and am VERY fussy about it. Got some wider tires mounted by these guys, which could have been a problem. The mounting was perfect, rims and car came back perfect (no scratches or dings), price affordable, and service fast. Couldnt have been better.

I bought Michelin winter tires from them in early 2012 that turned out were manufactured in mid 2008. Tires that are 3.5 years old before they were even mounted on my car. Contrary to what the Tire 1 manager says, that is not normal according to research Ive done.

Even though they were short on mechanics the guys were very helpful and friendly. The mechanic did a great job and in good time. The prices are good too and worth it for the service. I definitely recommend them for any alignment or tire issues, thanks guys!
