Stu is an honest guy "I dont want to charge you for nothing". This was what he told me on the phone when he didnt find major problems. He is also very technically knowledgeable. He addressed all my questions and concerns with reasonable explanations.It seems the last suggestion from him "try to use premium gas, see if it can help" works on my RAV 4. Highly recommended!
