Above review says it I "hated it" the service was horrible obviously they did not care about the customer nor the vehicle they were working on. To give specific examples, I had called in on a Wednesday morning asked if they take wall-ins answer was "yes but the wait would be 4 hours" after half an hour when I passed by there were 2 in garage being worked on 1 in the parking lot, to me that sounds like they did not care how many customers to take. But with this place being the closest I made appointment to get my oil change and I had a 16.99 coupon. When I went in with surprise the coupon did not apply to my vehicle so ended up paying $30.00 more expensive then most places. When it came with vehicle they not put any cover for seat so when the mechanic sat in the seat it had left grease stain. And lastly they did not care of work environment cause they were smoking in the garage while working in vehicle. Again its sad that I even have to put a single star to give review cause again I HATED THIS PLACE.

My name is Sandra and Ive been coming here for years. There is not enough good things I can say about this company. Everybody from the management to the staff treats you like family. Today I came in to get my oil changed when I asked the manager if he had a bottle of water in the back he told me to get a cup and I filled it up from the water fountain. Then he went to the store to purchase pop and such then he came in and handed me a bottle of water he had purchased for me. That alone should show everyone what a wonderful place this is to take your car. While I was waiting we had a nice conversation and I loved my experience there. I will be a lifetime customer simply because of the way they treat their customers and the wonderful service they provide. I highly recommend this place to anybody and everybody. When you run a business it isnt just the service you provide but its how the customers are treated. And believe me when I say I felt more welcome than I had any other oil change lube place.

Brought my 2013 escape in for an alignment and was not impressed at all. For starters the place smelled absolutely terrible, also I explained I was in a rush (had already called ahead) and simply wanted to drop my keys off. Took 20minutes for him to take my info down. An hour and a half later (fast!) They called and told me my car was so unbelievably destroyed and worn out they couldnt even do the alignment without at least $750 in repairs, but they said a total of $2,000 of work needed to be done soon! In their defense they didnt charge me a diagnostics fee... Took my vehical for a 2nd and third opinion, not one other shop said there was a problem with those parts.. I understand there is subjectivity on some of it, but to say its too damaged (a 3 year old car!) To even service is extreme by my book. Maybe they are the best in town and saw an issue noone else did, but Im sceptical

Walked in needing new wind shield wipers due to all this rain and mine being broken I needed something done quick and fast . I was greeted right away with a very friendly gentleman by the name of Bill ; I believe. Within minutes my new wind shield wipers were on my car and I was on my way . Not to mention the unbeatable deal I got ;) It was a very friendly atmosphere even the other customers in the lobby were smiling and friendly to the staff everyone there was treated like family . I would highly highly recommend this place to all my family and friends what a beautiful Jem we have here in Farmington hills. Its hard to find nice friendly service these days and I felt right at home . I would definitely go back for any other automobile needs .

My experience here was truly appreciated and refreshing. I had abrupt and extreme car problems occur at the absolute worst possible time. Not only was I helped and given a AMAZING deal, but the manager Manny went ABOVE and BEYOND. In addition to the customer service Manny gave me some encouraging and uplifting advice to help me to move forward. When I initially arrived i had already prepared myself to be giving impossible options. Instead I received the exact opposite. Im truly grateful for this encounter for more reasons that I can type.

I own a 79 corvette that needed an alignment and would not track true down the road 2 previous shops blamed it on my frame took my money and sent me out the door a friend of mine recommended bill at speedy who was able to find both rear trailing arm were bad causing my car to drift him and his team are truly remarkable mechanics thank you all for your expertise and knowledge anyone with a hot rod like mine with a 8,000paint job these are your guys! "Cant thank you enough and will be telling all my buddies about speedy orchard lake!!!!

Better than NAPA on the opposite side. Gave me an estimate without much wait and didnt charge me for it. It was easy anyways, I told him about the coolant leak. Ordered the parts right in front of me, finished the job the same day, though it was very hard to get an ETA from him. I badly needed the car and was ready to spend more. Next time Ill take elsewhere as parts seem costlier. For a one time emergency he turned out to be better than NAPA. Other reviews are right Paul should not be in the front desk.

Service was excellent!! I went there not knowing what exactly was wrong with my car. They gave me an estimate and fixed the problem really quickly and it was done professionally. The prices are a little high but when it comes to your car, you get what you pay for. The manager Hardy, and the mechanic George were great and very helpful and down to earth. I will definitely will come back to this shop for any future repairs!

I took a reservation for oil change yesterday, when I come on time for the service today, they tell me I cant finish it unless you can wait 3.5 hours because I have another customer...I used to fix my car there, but never back in the future. I get confused with the meaning of “reservation”, I promise I can come on time and you promise 3.5 hours waiting, isnt it?

Honest, reliable, courteous, affordable. Ive been a customer for over 20 years. All of the work that has been done on all of my vehicles has been first rate! If a problem does slip through it gets fixed pronto. This is my go to place for pretty much any car repair. No one paid me to say this and it is all true.
