These people are hacks pure and simple. I sent my truck there to get a new set of head gaskets and a water pump installed. Unfortunately for me their were other problems and I needed a new motor. After finding a new motor and having it delivered to ez auto repair I spoke to Calvin the owner/ manager and agreed to $650 for swapping the engine. I also agreed to pay for any parts which he said would be what ever autozones price was. I explained that I drove truck and would be out of town for 2 weeks so they could work on the truck at their leisure as long as it was done in 2 weeks. When I got back in town the truck was sitting over in the corner of the shop and nothing had been done. Calvin said he would start on it as soon as I paid a deposit on the parts, so I gave him $350 to get started on it. The following week I called roughly 6 times and not once did he return my call. I finally had to drive up there only to be informed by Tony the mechanic that he still had a couple of bolts to take out. Long story short 71/2 weeks after dropping my truck off Calvin calls and says it is done and my bill is $864. To change a oil pan gasket was $260, the gasket was $60, new motor mounts were $60 and the list just keeps going on. So all told my total bill was $1214. They had charged me $30 dollars for anti-freeze which when I picked up the truck was empty so Calvin filled it. On the way home I had just gotten onto 315 south when smoke starts coming out the back of my truck and I lose power. I pulled over and my truck is on fire. We got the fire out thanks to CPD and find out that the so called mechanic hadnt hooked up the return line on the transmission and the fire was form the fluid squirting onto the exhaust. I called Calvin then and told him what had happened and he said he was going home to call him the next day. Well I called 3 times before Tony the mechanic answered the phone and asked if I could bring the truck to them, at which I explained I couldnt since the fire had burned up my wiring, so he talked to Tony who informed him that the guy who does their towing was having trouble with his record that I needed to get it towed. Now they wont return my calls so my only choice now is to find another garage to fix my truck and take ez auto to court and try to get some of my money back. Long story short dont let these monkeys work on your vehicle.

3 weeks and 2 days ago I took my Lincoln navigator to this shop they looked at it said that my track had came unglued from the window, they said they just needed to glue it back on, while repairs were made somehow or another all window functions stopped working on all my windows which were working without a problem prior to repairs because the repair had already taken 3 hours to complete and had caused some other issues I had to go back to work and come back to pick up my truck later when I arrived to pick up my truck my radio and clock and things were not working , they said they let my battery die while working on it and changed out a fuse all was well. 6 days ;later my window was back off the track, I called they said bring it back and I dropped it off went to work and came back at 6pm to pick it up all seemed well, they said dont roll the window down until Saturday (it was Friday) no problem I waited to roll it down until Sunday all seemed fine, Thursday evening less then a week later it had come off the track again so today I called him and asked for my money back so I could take it somewhere that would fix it correctly, Calvin elramly... the owner said "your truck just doesnt like us!" wow i said did you really say that, then he hung up on me I called back several times he finally answered and blamed me for the window being back off track which I explained at that time if it was repaired correctly the first time I would not still be in contact with you. I advised him that we just wanted the money back to get it done elsewhere, he refused so then I advised him I would be contacting the BBB which I am and I will also be blogging this on my FB and calling channel 6 on your side. It may have only been 68.79 but it was also gas each time I had to go back it was loss in my wages for hours missed at work and today my window has fallen all the way down into my door and it rained i have power windows and leather seats that may be ruined because he refused to come to an understanding with me and I could not take it elsewhere as I was at work. This man Calvin is the owner and he is very unprofessional and their work is unacceptable, he still will not answer my calls.

If I could give them a -5 I would! This place sucks, watch out ;beware, the owner and workers are certified scam artist, none of the "mechanics" are qualified to work on cars, ie no licenses. I brought my vehicle there a month ago and just now got it back, they will create all kinds of problems to rack up your bill, brought it there for 1 minor repair, guess what it turned out to me spending over $600 in "other" repairs due to other issues that they created in an effort to increase my bill. Poor service, poor management. The owner will come up with all kinds of poor excuses pertaining to why they broke parts on your car or why you have more problems with your vehicle than before you brought it in. I took my car there despite the shady look of the place, thinking I would save a few bucks compared to the bigger guys; lesson learned the hard way, they wont save you money they will cost you more in the long run, and if you want your car to be drivable when it leaves there shop, be prepared to spend way more than the quoted repair bill, because once they have your keys and your signature its all downhill from there.

i dont get why all the negative reviews. The first time I took my van there, they fixed the brake line and charged me a couple hundred less than another place I used to go to. The brakes still had some air in them so I went back and the mechanic got the rest of the air out. All in all it cost me like around $130. Was an AMAZING price to me because it took them about a good 4 hours. The last time I went, the mechanic (Tony) told me the worst news that everything was essentially shot. Rather than quoting me a large price he told me it would be smarter just to scrap it. The honesty alone is the reason why I choose them! I need to get the wheel bearing replacedon my new car and I will be going to EZ Auto! Love the honesty and price. Plus I think Calvin is a great negotiable guy! Everyone there is great to talk to. Tony even let me see everything was doing. They have nothing to hide! THANK YOU!
