I used to come here every time I needed an oil change but I had become unimpressed with the management after some time so I started buying the stuff and changing my oil on my own. A few days ago I received a coupon for an awesome deal on an oil change so I figured Id give them another shot to which I was very pleasantly surprised. Edin greeted me at the door, listened intently to every word I said, and took care of me so quickly! The employee who changed my oil also greeted me and told me he would get me in and out as quickly as possible. I watched his employees through the window as they changed the oil on my Subaru and did their routine check- where I was very happy to see they were quick and efficient in following each step. After about 15 minutes Edin sat next to me and told me I was ready to go. I have just had my air and cabin filters replaced and I was so happy to see that nobody gave me the "change your filter" schpeal. They were honest and thorough and gave me exactly what I was looking for. After Edin took my coupon he asked me if I would give him some feedback on his location. When I gave him my opinions he showed a lot of interest in them, asking me questions and professionally speaking for himself. I am very happy with my experience today and if these people are what theyre all about then I will come back here every single time. Thank you!

I took my daughter there to get a basic oil change. Once that began I thought she would be ok. But NOOOOOO! After I left, they high-pressured here into additional expensive services that were not needed. Oil flush, engine flush, etc. When I went back, the manager tried all kinds of tactics to justify what he had done. He questioned my mechanical abilities. BIG MISTAKE. I told him I came in to make sure she didnt ripped off. He said "Well, you should have stayed". He was arrrogant and combative. Never offered any reasonable explanation. Only that they "recommeded" the service and my daughter said yes. What B.S. She had been there before but will NOT be back, thats for damn sure. Thats why I am telling everyone to NOT trust this place. I should have known better. I had been in before to have a Lube, Oil, Filter. I asked if they had done everything on the car. Of course the answer was yes. I got under the car. They had not lubed anything on the car. DO NOT GO THERE.

Ive been bringing my cars here for the last few years because they would periodically offer extremely cheap oil changes. Oil changes were all I ever did, but recently my wife and daughter brought their cars together for some maintenance. My wife had the transmission fluid changed and my daughters car had tie rods replaced. Mikey the mechanic was super helpful and told my wife the check engine light might come on after the flush and to bring it back if it did. Sure enough later that day the check engine light came on. I personally took it back to them, and after about 10 minutes gave me back the car, with no additional charge. Both Mikey and Edin the manager seemed genuinely interested in helping me and educating me on how to service my cars. They offered additional suggestions for repairs, but were not the least bit pushy. Ive seen different employees and managers there over the years, but this group of guys have customer service figured out.

Where do I begin? Everytime I go to this place, they have a new manager whos just gotten less and less knowlegable. The biggest reason I was going there was because of how close it was to my house, but now Im done with them. Th last time I went the manager seemed very unfriendly and unwilling to help me, they dont even get there lot plowed. But last time I went they gave an "inspection test" that they gave to me. When looking at the test they missed all the things that I know are messed up my car, and the things that they did put on the paper were just "recommended services at that interval". And they of course were trying to sell me on things that I had already got from them only a couple of months earlier, but when I confronted the manager at the counter he didnt know anything about the "inspection" and had to talk to his mechanics. This place is a joke and a waste of your time, go to Viking automotive down the street instead.

The staff is extremely friendly. They go above and beyond expectation. My car was failing Safety due to the windshield wipers being clogged, Jiffy Lube told me Id have to get the whole system replaced. I called Precision Tune Auto Care and they told me to come in, they WOULD NOT have to replace it and that theyd do it for free. I also needed a Battery Tie Down. They only charged me for the part, WAIVED the labor fee AND on top of that they also topped off the fluids in my car that were low. Since Ive been back to get my Air Conditioning fixed as well as my Serpentine Belts replaced. They have made a customer for life. I will not go anywhere else. I will recommend this company (especially this location) to anyone and everyone who is having car trouble.

Please dont go to Precision Tune Auto Care unless it is for an oil change. Guys, thats what they are best at and specialize in. I made a mistake in letting them do a transmission & brake fluid flush. I was dissapointed as I received conflicting price estimates and had to fight just to get the original estimate I had signed off on. It also took them much longer than they had anticipated which is not fun when you have to make special accomodations to drop off and pick up on a work day. It really wasnt much less than than any of the higher priced competitors and I felt like the service was sub-par, at best. Again, go for the oil change but anything else, I would highly suggest you go elsewhere.

Avoid this place at all cost if possible. I went in for a simple oil change and decided to get the premium option with the inspection and refill of fluids. They did a very messy job, they splashed fluids everywhere, along with oil to the point that it made me think I had a leak, it wasnt until I cleaned up the outside of the oil pan that I realized it was a result of their inept job. They didnt even check the tire pressure as they said they did, otherwise they wouldve realized it was low and wouldve told me so. Not only did they do a very lazy job, but they also lied about it as well when I asked. ***Stay away from this place***

My first interaction with these guys was for an oil change. To be honest, I was a little hesitant at first due to the low prices, I thought I was going to get what I paid for, but at the time, I didnt have much money, and I needed an oil change. The level of service and the friendly staff far exceeded my expectations. I have been back several times since for my preventative maintenance needs. In August of 2014 my car needed its rack and pinion replaced. The dealership wanted almost $1200 for the parts and labor. Precision Tune saved me hundreds. They are honest and stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone.
