Dropped my car off on Thursday and was told they would look at it Friday. Called Friday afternoon and was told they would look at it Saturday. Saturday when I called I was told sorry we will look at it first thing Monday. Didnt hear from them Monday so Tuesday morning I called and got voice mail. Said I wanted to pick up my car. They called back and told me they were looking into it and they would call me later that day to tell me what the problem was. I called them at closing time and was told they needed another day. Waited till closing time Wednesday and called them. The new owner told me I was just about to call you. Funny right? He told me they were done with it. The good news was that they didnt find anything wrong with it and it was only going to cost me 160. They said the problem would most likely come back but I now have a credit. I then told them Im not coming back if it takes you a week to even look at my car. The owner then got ignorant with me and said he told me it was going to take a few days. Dont go here. Vladimir seems like a nice enough guy but I have nothing but contempt for the new owner

What can I say. I drove my sprinter van in, and towed it out. He charged me $1899 to do this. I took it somewhere else and and they got it running again in hours. Im concerned that he may have tampered with my engine. A piece fell off while I was in his shop. And the computer module seems damaged somehow. I am asking for a full refund and he said "have a nice day"... which in translation says "good luck with your vehicle I just broke." If anyone has good advice for me, please PM me. His pressure test for my high and low fuel pressure was to squirt fuel all over the place at different degrees. What happened to using technology and checking it with meters? The next shop did this for me in 15 minutes and saved me the other $1500 he wanted to charge me for the high pressure fuel pump he said I needed. Dont go here if you have a Sprinter in Salt Lake City. Use Rush Tires, or Sprinter of Utah.

European Master Tech, was the best experience I have had in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have a 2009 Audi A3 Quattro, my car had an oil leak, I was told it would cost a good amount of a cash to fix it, I was recommended to this auto shop from California where I come from, I took my car there and they found the leak at no time and fixed it the same day, I was very satisfied with the service, it was fast and the cost of the repair was reasonable. The owner Vladimir took the time to explained what the problem was and he also added I had a great automobile, I am grateful for the concern he has to his customer, I would not take my car for any problems or services anywhere else. Thank you European Master Tech for the great service that we as customers deserve.

I have had Vladimir work on my two bmws for over 10 years. I have always been very happy with the work that has been done. They use the best parts and know what they are doing- on German cars especially. The best thing about European Master Tech is the customer service. I have appreciated the loaner car, the car washes, and the friendly service. I have also appreciated being well informed on how things went, and you can tell Vladamir is passionate and excited about what he does. He seems to be as excited as I am to have my car back in top form! He will treat you like a friend. If you really care about your car, take it to European Master Tech!!!

Dirve a BMW 525i - 2005 about 105K miles. just had my transmission serviced 01/20 (fluid replced etc. 0serviced by these guys, the owner not only had me in his office to get a quote on the price , needed 9 liters. BMW quoted 48 bucks/liter, he gave me a 20 % discount on the total price. I also had a few warning lights, that needed to be looked at, he brought me into the back plugged his computer , and showed me everything that came up. Reset a few minor lights, and no charge for that, Dealership ususally charges 85.00 to reset lights. Very good service, and I would definatelly do business again with them

I have taken my cars (BMWs) to Vladimir for several years now. European Master Tech is the only shop I take my cars to. I trust Vladimir to do all the maintenance and service on not only my cars, but my kids and ex-wifes cars too. I have recommended Vladimir to many friends and they all have the same great experience. Vladimir was a straight up guy. I was unsure about parts and pricing and he looked them up. I wanted to double check to make sure it was the best price I could get. And I made a few Calls, for the situation. It was a good deal and he did very honest work. Very quick assessment of my BMW X5 and gave me a loaner to use until I picked my car up the next day. He figured out what was wrong in 20 minutes with my car and I had others try multiple times. Very smart and experienced mechanic.

The cost was very competitive with other bids I had received as well. The work got done quickly and correctly. STAY AWAY!!! Marks up parts 300% over dealership prices, the dealership is less expensive, go anywhere but here!!! My car still does not run right after $822 and all I get is double talk. He has more stories than the the new Library.

No hassle here. I had some service done on my Volvo in July and was still experiencing some issues. Brought it back and they got to the bottom of the problem, and at no additional cost to me. They even provided me with a loaner car.
