Roaches! Public Storage property manager wont do anything because he "saw nothing". I killed 5-6 roaches yesterday while I was at the property. My unit is located on the top floor; I picked it hoping I wont have any bug issues. Most of the roaches were in the hallway but found one on top of my boxes. I called the property manager today (Sunday, Feb 14) and notified him of the problem. Unfortunately, he kept asking me "whats the problem". At first I thought maybe the problem was lost in translation but I eventually realized that wasnt the case. Finally, after 5 minutes he said he will take a look. I asked him to give me a call back with an update, which he did, but his response was "I saw nothing" and continued asking me "whats the problem?" and then repeating "theres no problem". I directly asked him "so you wont do anything unless you verify the roaches yourself, is that right?" and he said "yes, theres no problem". I was already planning on moving to another unit w/in the same property but now I will look for other options. Not sure if other Public Storage properties are like this as well, but I do know from speaking with other PS property managers, their Regional Manager directly controls how each property manager conducts business. I fear it might be a regional issue. Just FYI. Unfortunate because they were very friendly in the past.

This is a well-run facility. Ashlee, in particular, is fabulous, and many of the other folks there are good, friendly, and competent. I would be remiss, however, in not noting my extreme displeasure with PSs pricing policies. I had multiple storage bins there over multiple years, but only recently came to see how they gouge long-term tenants when I learned they were hiking my rent higher than the already-higher rent they were charging new tenants. If Id been paying $5 a month, and new tenants were being charged $10, they raised my rent to $15. $10 would have been reasonable, but $15? When they refused an accommodation, I moved out immediately and hope never to return. They shouldnt be penalizing good, long-term customers and rewarding folks walking in off the street who may only stay a month. If you must use PS, be aware that their prices vary a LOT depending on the time of year you rent. Highest rents are charged in spring and summer; lowest in winter, say, December, January, February. Giving it 5 stars for Ashlee.

I find in Public Storage one of the best brick-and-mortar service operations anywhere and everywhere. I write especially today, though, to compliment a particular employee, Erik Yahia, an outstanding young man who was the sole person working at this location when I came in recently. Personable, well-spoken, polite, and most of all efficient, he impressed me as one of the most useful such professionals I had ever come upon. He performed every aspect of his duties flawlessly and rapidly. I understand that he is a business student, and I can only say that any organization that rewards him with rapid promotion will be doing itself and its customers a great favor.

We are repeat users at this location. We came back because Ashlee was so helpful the first time. We came back a year and a half later and she is still there and she even recognized us. When we moved our stuff in, we discovered the unit wasnt going to be quite large enough. Ashlee checked to see how much stuff we still had to bring in and knew exactly how much more space we needed. She added a unit right next to our first unit, which made it so convenient. She and the entire staff have always been so friendly and helpful, and the building is so clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location!

I needed a storage unit quickly and both Theresa and Ashlee were incredibly helpful and wise. Moving is always stressful and this made it much easier. Ashlee took so much time talking to me, explaining all the terms of the agreement, and then walking me to my unit..pointing out "landmarks" to get there...and explaining how the doors and lock works. She tried to help me save money, get the right size space, and give me as much information as I could possibly need to make the decisions. No pressure..just helpful. I strongly recommend this location for storage. Price was EXCELLENT as well.

I have had several different units at this facility for the better part of a decade. Even though I live in DC, I choose to make the drive all the way to 7 corners because the facility is clean, well maintained but more importantly, the management and staff are excellent. I would like to single out Ashlee, as she has gone above and beyond. For example, she helped facilitate a move between units, between billing cycles and saved me some money. Also, she allowed me to throw away a few small items into their private dumpster. Keep up the good work guys!

Theres "corporate" friendly, which is in the handbook and mission statement basically everywhere, and then theres real friendly, like Amanda at Public storage. Amanda set me up right, quickly, with more charm and positive attitude than the last 30 businesses Ive patronized. Seriously, on a Friday afternoon, Amanda kept it real, just genuinely, sincerely legit. Thats the kind of thing that keeps customers coming back, me for sure. Im being 100% serious when I say Amanda deserves a substantial raise. 100 points.

Great Facility. 24 hour surveillance, locked front gate, 5 dollies that are available for customer use. I use this location as a storage facility for my business and couldnt be happier. The staff is friendly and helpful and allow me to ship packages to the storage facility. This makes running my business way easier. Donny regularly calls me when shipments arrive. Ashley is nice and attentive as well. Management clearly cares about the quality of the service they provide, which generally adds to the security.

Wonderful experience. Theresa was amazing. She had such a great attitude and was so helpful. She even reminded me if I needed any mattress covers--something I had completely forgotten about. Before you sign anything, they go over a checklist with you to ensure you chose the right size unit too, and even take you there to see if it is what you were expecting. I gladly recommend this location to anyone. If you ever had a problem with anything, they would surely be more than happy to help resolve any issue.

We rented a space this past May to store my sons college stuff instead of moving it all back home. We returned this week and were pleasantly surprised when Ashlee greeted us and asked about our summer. She made sure we had everything we needed for an easy move back to campus. I really like this property its clean and I had no concerns leaving all of his clothing and sports equipment for the summer. We will be back again next spring.

I have rented a unit at this location for several years and I am very pleased with the service. The staff here really know their stuff especially the manager Ashlee. She gave me ideas and suggestions on how to rearrange my unit. Thanks to her help I now can access my items with ease.
