I reserved a storage space today through Keller Piard and also Courtney Cashmore. Their expert knowledge and professionalism made the reservation easy and expedient. I was shown the space and even when the process was completed, they showed me how to enter and exit this very clean facility. Keller Plard, the General Manager, assisted me in finding the perfect storage space for my belongings. He was very helpful and showed exception customer service. Every time I had to go to CubeSmart for any reason, Mr. Plard had a smile on his face and stood up to greet his customers. I had a brief experience there, but the staff was pleasant. The only hurdle I had was the fact that it is easily 100 degrees in the storage area, which made moving in the middle of a 90+ degree day very unpleasant. I suppose only time will tell the effect that the heat will have on my stored items.
