I took my car in for a electrical diagnostic, was told $100 plus tax. Two days later I get a call that I needed new spark plugs and wires, sounds awesome, since my car isnt running. I say go for it, sounds like a cheap fix. Two hours later they call to tell me its the ignition modual and it is going to be a total of $700 but they are not sure if that is the whole problem since they cant tell me what is wrong all at once, just just step by step. I ask to pick up my car as is and found out I am being charged $300 for a tune up, to break it down he said its $90 for a full tune up, plus $40 for spark plugs and wires and $40 for the oil change. Call me crazy but a tune-up usually includes a oil change and spark plugs. and even if you do the math that is only $170 but he said tax and labor are more?? I thought the tune up was labor included. if you go there a tune up doesnt include a oil change or spark plugs or labor and it costs $170. but ad to the fact that they are charging me $100 for a diagnostic that never happened since they still cant tell me all that is wrong with the car. I put in a complaint to the bbb I hope that helps.

This is the only place I’ve ever had my oil changes done at. I kept telling them that my oil light kept coming on. They told me that it was an electrical problem, something was wrong with my censors, and that my oil was fine. I take my car to the dealership and find out that the wrong oil filter was placed on my car, causing oil starvation to my motor. I’m forced spend 5,000 on a new motor for my car. They refused to take responsibility for their actions. Refused to give me corporates name, the manager even refused to give me his name. To make matters worse the manager even tore up the original paper work I submitted for the complaint on my car. Talk about shady!! After having to call the police on the manager twice I was finally able to get a corporate number. I find out that location is not even affiliated with the Precision franchise; they just do business under that name. Also even the BBB has cases filed against them too. I am currently awaiting my court date for my lawsuit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE

This place advertised an oil change special for less than $20.00 oil and filter included. I brought in my car, HAD MY OWN OIL AND FILTER, and asked for the special. The guy behind the counter, whom I believe to be the owner gave me a written price of 45.00!!!! I pointed out that I brought my own supplies, and his comment was "Well, Its a BMW". I fully believe he was trying to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman, therefore "I dont know any better". Shop around and know your prices before doing business with them. I will never go back.

Two and a half hours my car was the only one in the bay for a simple oil change. Ask them to check the brakes they told me it will cost more money. $99 for a brake diagnostic fee. Then when they give me the bill for a $15.90 oil change ended up costing me over $35 for some bullshit shop fees. Then when theyre guy pulled my car out of the bay and give me my key he told me my brakes are not safe to drive. He went from the shop bay to the parking lot and already knew that the brake lines needed bled. But that was a $99 diagnostic??? Stay away.

Wont go here again , they said my parts were worn and they couldnt do the alignment without 300$ in new parts that I can order for 50$ , then charged me 20$ extra to lube the vehicle with out verifying I wanted it done because it "needed It " so I would up paying 190$ for an inspection and a lube job that I could have done myself , not happy at all , but the staff was nice , I was a diesel mechanic so I can check the caster myself if its not "worn out" I will keep you posted

I just got my car diagnosed for 85 bucks and was quoted over 700 hundred dollars in repairs. I was a little shocked considering i only needed a O2 sensor replaced anyways and politely declined and did some compering on the quotes of replacement parts and found a 150% markup on all parts. which i can understand their needs to be a mark up after all, it is a business. But please 150% plus labor. I dont Think so!!!

Do not go here! I had the worst customer service here! I bought a living social deal and every time I tried to use it I got attitude and was told one thing then the next as too making an appointment! It was clear that they didnt want my business in the future! I still have one oil change left and I will NOT be using it! I rather pay an arm and a leg than to go here!!!!!

Very difficult to schedule an appointment using Groupon. After making an appointment and indicated my intention to wait for an oil change and tire rotation, the representative informed me that other cars maybe ahead of me when I arrive for my appointment. If it wasnt for my prepaid Groupon I would take my business elsewhere...what is the point of an appointment?

Wish I would have read this before I went and tossed $100 in their trash can..I was in traffic though and they werent busy so I dropped in after failing emissions. Bad decision, the mechanic was very nice but the owner was a douche!

They said $20 for oil change ..charged $160 dollars ..48 for oil 27 for old oil 22 for labor and some other Bs. Do not go there .....
