Everytime I go here I feel like I am being ripped off. I have been here on 2 occasions and had picked this place based on a recommendation from a guy who works at autozone. The first time I went there the people at autozone sold me a 4 pack of sparkplugs for my v6 I didnt notice the amount on the package because I bought multiple items end of story they only put in 4 did my other maintenance and didnt even tell me about this until I was paying for their finished work. Youd think I would have received a call when they found out. 2nd and this is what led me to do this review as I am so frustrated with this company. my power steering hose for my 2005 accord was actually recalled which should pop up with my vin number when I asked about it he said that they did not have the ability to see recalls. I was confused as I have little to no car knowledge found this out myself. They wanted to charge me $600 for a replacement power steering hose including work and a flush. Charging me $260 for the part alone when I went to autozone and got it for less than half. It took me one phone call to another shop to get a quote of half. Save some money and go anywhere else.

Never go to this place: They put my life in danger to score some money. I asked if they could check on my brakes for the winter, they were acting a bit squishy, so I brought it in to them to see what they could do. I shouldve known to leave right away when I explained what was happening, and he said "Sounds like your ABS is doing exactly what it should be doing." They did their "free" brake check and when I got my car back, it turns out they put my brake pads on backwards. They made up an elaborate story about how my pads melted on to the calipers, and Id have to replace them, the rotors, and the pads. they said theyd be doing me a favor for $800+ bucks. When I told them I was going to be back, they constantly said "oh be careful, itll be dangerous driving on those!", no crap buddy. These guys purposefully put my life in danger to score some money. Never, EVER go to this shop.

They got the job done fast. I was in a crisis where I needed to get to work and my car lost a spark plug, due to an electrical short. I was stuck. A full spark replacement was long overdue. However, the markup on their replacement parts is through the roof. $9 per spark plug and $99 for coils. Labor was average priced. They cleaned my injectors but left cleaner residue all over the engine. It was a rush job but thats what I asked for. Despite that the workmanship was solid. Beware of their high priced parts.

Took the car in for maintenace because it would OCCASIONALLY stall on startup after running rough. Mechanics did over $1000 In work and claimed it was fixed, and anything rough will work itself out. First day out driving and the issue pops up again but this place claims it must be an issue. Absolutely do not recommend this place, inept mechanics looking to take advantage of customers pushing unfixed cars out of the shop.

said my car would be done today... tried calling just now to find out they are closed... edit: they called me after the review and apologized. They resolved the issues with my car. They do not charge extra for work on Saturdays. Edit #2 supposedly worked on my battery cables and connectors but it still takes about 40 true to start...

I was told it would take 3 hours for an oil change. Thats it, an oil change. Then told me they could set me an appointment 7 DAYS later. As I left there was 1 car in the rack and zero customers waiting in the waiting room. Went down the street and jiffy lube did my car in 20 minutes for the exact same price.

Got a tune up on oct 25 2012.... dose not seem like they reset the check engine light or something they did made my light come on and stay on because before I went to this shop my check engine like was going on and off but now it jusst stays on..... man fucc this shop

CUSTOMER BEWARE: Check things under the hood before leaving. I lost my oil cap (another $10) and a quart of oil (another $5) driving down the road. Would have been a good price on an oil change if I didnt have to buy things to fix their shotty oil change.

ITS THE SECOND WALK IN OIL CHANGE I HAVE DONE AT THIS LOCATION WITH NO PROBLEM WAITING FOR NO MORE THEN AN HOUR! I LOVE THE GROUPON DEALS THEY OFFER AND ALSO I LIKE THE STICKER THEY PUT ON THE WINDSHIELD TO REMIND WHEN THE NEXT CHECK UP SHOULD HAPPEN!

2 and 1/2 hour average for an oil change. If you have that much time available, you may as well go to the car dealer to get certified technician to do oil change.
