Poor customer service. Was told wed be provided an estimate same-day, and didnt get receive one until a day & a half later. Once we approved the estimate, we were promised the truck would be completed the following day, and it was not. Calls took over 4 hours to be returned, and when returned, we were given information that didnt match up. For instance, at point the truck was "being worked on", then 5 hours later, we were told the hadnt even gotten started. We werent offered a loaner car until 3 days of our vehicle in the shop. To get any information, we had to call them directly and only after the owner got involved, where we contacted back in a timely manner. He acted upset and defensive when we expressed our concerns. When we picked up our vehicle, we were denied using a 10% off coupon because they had "misquoted us on a part" and they didnt charge us the difference. We paid nearly $800 for a repair that would "most likely" fix the problem, and did not in our case. I cant rate about the quality of their work because theres no way to tell if they even fixed anything. When comparing estimates to other repair shops in town, they averaged hundreds of dollars over the common price. We truly learned the hard way with Genesis Automotive.

DO NOT..... I REPEAT DO NOT!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAMPER, TENT TRAILER, OR RV HERE. FIRST DO YOUR RESEARCH. I AM POSITIVE YOU WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT WILL DO IT FOR A FAIR PRICE. THIS BUSINESS OVER CHARGED ME BY $600-$700. THE OWNER DID EVENTUALLY TAKE OF $150 AFTER THE FACT, BUT LIKE I SAID, WAS STILL OVER PRICED BUY $600-$700. THIS COMPANY LACKED TO DO THE RESEARCH FOR MY STAR-CRAFT TENT TRAILER, AS I LACKED AS WELL, AND I DEFINITELY PAID THE PRICE FOR IT (LITERALLY). I FEEL THIS BUSINESS IS OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMER AND ARE EXTREMELY GREEDY WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY. AT THE END OF THE DAY, I AM SIMPLY SAYING, "STAY FAR FAR AWAY, FROM THIS BUSINESS"!! I HAVE A YEAR WARRANTY WITH THIS BUSINESS, HOPEFULLY MY POWERWRINCH WILL BE GOOD, AND WILL NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. IM NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON TO WRITE REVIEWS, BUT FEEL THE NEED THIS SHOULD BE HERD. GOD BLESS!!

These people are awesome and VERY HONEST. I Broke down in my 40 Beaver Patriot and on the suggestion of my tow truck driver was told to take my Rig to Genesis. I thought it was a transmission problem and a lot worse than it was. I didnt tell them about other issues I was having (unrelated) because I wanted to see if they would find them or even cared too. To my surprise they found every problem I knew about and a couple more... They fixed everything in very quick time and got me back on the road. My main problem was an alternator and the price was very fair. I have my Motor home back now and running better than it has ever ran before. These guys are not only Fantastic at what they do but Fair and Honest. I will NEVER take my rig to anyone else. Dont get ripped off trust Genesis they know what they are doing and treat you like a king... THANK YOU GENESIS, YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

Genesis Automotive and R.V. Repair serviced my Motor Coach in November 2016 and was more than pleased with their service. They basically performed a 12K service on my 425 Cummings engine as well as a completely safety check through the coach. In addition I was having difficulty programming my auto gen start on my Onan diesel generator which they were able to fix and program for me. I worked with Chris and was very satisfied with his knowledge and keeping me informed. The service was done on time and to what they projected the cost would be. In addition to the service, I had some body damage to my coach. My motor home has full body paint and has three different shades of color. They fixed the damage and the paint was a perfect match. No doubt I have found a great company to service my motor home and keep it running in tip top shape for years to come.

So, last Friday, I made an appointment to have my RV winterized with Genesis. They were able to fit me in today, Monday, where I was met with exceptional service. I waited in their comfy waiting room for my rig to be done, which was only an hour. Thats not the best part...as I was packing up my RV to bring it in, the motorized awning was stuck open. The motor had failed! I called to let them know Id be late, but were they able to come out and see if the awning could be retracted. They were there in an hour and a half, dismantled the motor and had it ready for me to go in about 20 minutes. They were courteous and considerate of my rig, left everything as they had found it. Their price was fair for the work I had done. I will definitely use them again for my service from now on.

These guys are number one in my book. Ive worked with them a couple times now for engine work to roof repair. Not only are they fair with pricing they go out of their way to ensure the job is done right. A great example is the recent electrical problem I had where the coach and engine batterys werent charging when it was plugged in to an electrical outlet. Not only did they find the problem and fix it (most would stop there) they then searched for the root cause and fixed that as well so it wouldnt happen again. They are honest and stand by their estimates and charges. No hidden costs. That said, they will however, inform you of anything they find that may need work at a later date. I will not take my coach anywhere else!

Genesis Automotive and RV Repairs Inc. "KNOW AUTOMOTIVE and RV inside and out." My BOSS is very happy with the renovation and repairs. We shopped around for a reputable shop through the internet, visiting shops and talking to their customer service folks. None could compare with Genesis Automotive and RV Repairs Inc. From our initial encounter with Michael who made us feel as if we are the only customer in mind; Ken along with Michael who provided us the very best options in pursuing our goals with reasonable cost and the quality and craftsmanship performed. Men, we a know very well that when the wife (BOSS) is very happy, life is very, very SWEET! Thank you Genesis Automotive and RV Repairs Inc TEAM!

We took our gas powered Class A in to have the engine noise reduced and to fill holes under the dash board (thanks Ford and Fleetwood). Genesis did a superb job, reducing the noise level by putting insulation in the housing (there was none) and filling the holes. When I got the RV home I realized they, in the process of putting the insulation in, broke the lining that the hatch, which allows access to the engine from in the cab, attaches to and the lid could not be screwed down. I call Genesis and made another appointment. They fix the problem with no charge to me. Thank you Brian and the Genesis crew!! Overall, we are very impressed with Genesis, their work quality, and honesty.

cant say enough good things about Genesis. they have been keeping me safe and happy for 6 years in my 2002 Great West van. Great West no longer exists so finding parts can be problematic. this year Chris and the guys found replacement material and rebuilt my slide out. another year they were able to find different locks for my outside drawers. I had an annoying light and buzzer on the dash ( nothing about it in the owners manual ) Genesis kept at it until they discovered it was indicating intermittent contacts; the indicator thought the slide out wasnt all the way closed. I live in Colorado now but when I come to Washington each spring I head straight to Genesis. Thank You Guys
