Absolute worst product I have ever purchased from any business. Ive had century link for about a year now and never has it provided the internet speed I actually pay for. On a good day I get 5-10 down when I pay for 20 which unfortunately is the fastest they offer in my area. Although I dont live in the sticks somehow they are the only ISP in my area and so Im currently working on having cable internet brought in at a cost of almost $10,000 which is more than worth it to get rid of century link. They never reply to emails with any serious offer to fix their service and when you do talk to somebody they are in India. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this product unless you like having your money stolen.

Two stars: (CS)Customer service; friendly but not well trained. CS doesnt know their policies and fumble around trying to explain, but cant convey it to customer. I moved to a city where they dont provide service, I owed a $200 cancel fee, however they asked if Id join a "vacation rate" of $19/mo until closeout date to save money... what they didnt disclose to me was the new closeout date was 6mos later than my original end of contract--Id pay more this way v.s. just closing the d@mn thing when I wanted to initially. I canceled the "vacation mode" and paid my $200 fee to say h3ll with it, than to pay $300 over the course of a year for a service I cant use. I shouldve gone with COX.

Overall an excellent experience
