By far, the worst customer service of any Internet Provider in the local area (though Frontier gives it a run for its money). Had to call and restate my order three times due to bad note taking,shipping errors, and/or general incompetence. Took off work for installation date: no call, no show. Told later it was a "self install", but no modem arrived - it wasnt even shipped - and it was the wrong type (cable, not DSL). Still without service 4 weeks after initial order date. Completely unacceptable, and wouldnt recommend this provider.

Customer service is awful. Set up an install date and time, and no one showed. I called in and they advised they would not be able to install until the following day. I took time off of work for this. I told them they can have their service. First impressions are everything in business. If you cant get that right, then you have no business.
