So far the Worst service (non) in Atlanta. Started using them April 2017, we have had less than 2 weeks of usage! No TV, internet is mostly Out! Have called 4 times, they installed it! If you want to know what it felt like to live in the 70s---sign up for Xfinity/Comcast. We have had to buy an antenna just to get a few local channels... my service with Direct was never bad unless stormy- I cant even use my iPhone/TMobile anymore in my house! This is Ridiculous and I Will Be suing this company if they wont let me out of this unacceptable contract!!! Buyers Beware!

Are you ready to receive 2yr contract with fixed payment, without fixed services? They can to remove or change any service or feature, without compensation. Do not worry, it is good, for Comcast, see agreement: "Comcast may rearrange, delete, add to or otherwise change programming or features or offerings contained in the Service". They removed from my features the HD tv, and suggested for me to pay for this the extra fee.

I applied for a job at this particular branch and the manager made me feel as though I had the job and all the qualifications he even told me to look out for a call and that u was hired a couple days went by and I got no call then I ended up receiving an email saying I didnt get the job the job my only problem is that lied to me and gave me false hope! No telling how many others theyve done that too.

TV quality is nostalgic, will remind you of 1970s picture quality. And support team has no options, they are completely dependent on computer system.
