Nothing but problems after problems. Very poor Internet speed. And the new cable box freezes and just plain doesnt work. I thought maybe it was I just didnt know how u use it correctly but that is not the case, Ive done everything that they say to do and still having so many problems. We have gone through 3 teirs of customer service trying to find a solution along with two technicians who came to my home. I just want to watch the freaking tv and I cant even do that cause its frozen!!!!! So beyond mad!!!! Putting in another call when hubby gets off work.

Absolutely terrible. EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there, no matter what purpose, we have to call customer service hours later to turn our service back on. For some reason EVERY SINGLE TIME the lady there somehow manages to disable all of our cable boxes and modems. She is rude and always has a smart comment when Im just asking a simple question. Ive had so many corrections done to my account because she messes everything up. Glad we moved closer to a better location.

Best customer service I have ever had with a cable / internet provider so far. I just moved to the area, and the whole process of getting internet to the new place was quicker and easier than I expected. The staff was friendly and seemed to have a sincere interest in helping their customers... The complete opposite of the grouchy, pushy, sales oriented customer service I am used to from the industry.

The TWC employees at this location are great. Super friendly & helpful with any issue Ive had. There is rarely a line to wait. I will drive 20 minutes to this location rather than the one on Leo St in Dayton (10 minutes away). Just remember if you use this place, they go to lunch from 1pm - 215pm.

By far the rudest people (Tipp City) I have ever dealt with, the young woman talked to me like I was dirt and with that and the fact my bill just went up $30 per month, I will be dropping this service at the beginning of the month after 25 years.

Since Spectrum has taken over time Warner the company has turned into a big joke. Over charging your bill. I took them there boxes back the fist of June and the charge us for the whole month
